David’s home is in a lovely little neighborhood tucked away by the equinox. The house is clean, cozy, and perfectly positioned to explore the area. David was a great communicator and so accommodating of our schedule. We had a perfect long weekend here with our family!

David’s place was lovely - very comfortable and a great location to the soccer tournament that I was attending at the school nearby I loved the large TVs to watch the World Cup and the AC window units for hot nights - beautiful patio as well. Walk to everything in Manchester Would love to come back next year David is a great host

We highly recommend this property. It was clean, in a great location, and communication with the owner was easy. The owner didn’t just let us stay at his property, he was a true host. The house was well stocked and he provided information and recommendations about the area to help you make the most of your time there.

Property was just right for us: centrally located, clean, comfortable—exactly what we needed for a fun weekend in Manchester. Our host was gracious and quick to respond to questions, even reaching out to apologize for a very minor thing (for which there was not reason to fret, but I appreciated his conscientiousness). Overall, very much enjoyed our stay.

Very nicely kept and furnished house in a great location for accessing Manchester's shops and restaurants and the nearby slopes at Bromley Mountain. Very enjoyable staff, would do it again.

David’s home, Breaktime, is the perfect spot for a weekend in Manchester. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming home with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.The family room adjacent to the kitchen quickly became our favorite gathering spot. Sliding glass doors open onto a lovely deck surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a large table that comfortably seats six. During our stay, my sisters and I had the special opportunity to meet a second cousin for the first time, and the deck provided the perfect setting for appetizers before moving to the dining room for dinner. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with everything needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.The dining and living rooms are beautifully furnished, and the three bedrooms—two upstairs and one on the main level—are comfortable and inviting. The mattresses were especially comfortable, making for restful nights. There are two spacious, spotless full bathrooms, one on each level, with plenty of towels. The closets are also thoughtfully stocked with paper goods and just about anything else you might need during your stay.Another big plus is the location. Breaktime is just minutes from everything Manchester has to offer, making it easy to enjoy the area while still having a peaceful and relaxing place to return to.We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to visit Breaktime again. David is an excellent host, and his home made our weekend truly special!

Best place in manchester

Dave was very accommodating to our request especially when our dates changed for our trip. The property had everything we could have wanted and asked for. It was a in a great location and close to the ski slopes!

Breaktime has a great location, on a quiet block but close to restaurants and shopping. It's well kept and stocked and really comfortably furnished, and has a very warm and welcoming feel--you feel immediately relaxed and at home. There's even a beautiful peaceful garden with patio to relax in. David is very easy to communicate with, and could not possibly be more helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing House, extremely well located, close to everything! The house was so warm and welcoming, no detail was spared! Very well stocked with everything you may need! Ximena and her family were here for their winter ski trip. They were excellent guests, took great care of the house and we had good communication. They want to come back and I would love to have them. Recommend Ximena and family to anyone.

Gorgeous house and back yard!

The house was absolutely spotless and so perfect for staying with family and friends in town for a wedding at the Kimpton Taconic hotel. David was a wonderful host and had anything you could need for a great stay as well as super easy communication. The backyard and deck were stunning and we probably could have stayed outside all day lounging and taking in the beautiful landscaping! 10/10 recommend this stay in Manchester!

Take Time for Break Time

A reunion of 5 old friends...It was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house is very well equipped if you like to cook. The gardens are lovely and added to the pleasure of sitting on the patio both morning and evening as we did. Break Time is a great place to stay.
