Beautiful clean townhouse

Went to stay at the resort with 4 girlfriends and had the best time . Townhome was very clean, spacious and a great location. Had dinner out one evening and found things to be close, yet far enough away. Very easy to book

Couples Weekend Getaway

We had two couples and the 2 BDRM 2 BR unit was great! We were on the lower level closest to the beach and had a beautiful view and quick walk in and out. Liked having a full kitchen with an island, dining table and a separate seating area with a gas fireplace and tv. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely recommend it and would return!

Fun family getaway!

It was a beautiful place, comfortable and amazing views. The only downside is they did not have a lot of kitchen accessories, so may be helpful to bring your own.

Stay Not Long Enough

Very nice stay. Everything we had hoped for. The only problem encountered was the corkscrew broke trying to open a bottle of wine.

Well Maintained Property

Stayed for two nights and property was well maintained both inside and outside. Definitely pride taken by owners/managers. Plenty of space for four with nice amenities. The only negative was we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking and talking. I would recommend booking an upstairs unit,

Fantastic Stay in Gull Lake!

We had a fantastic time at Bay Colony this past week! Unit 763 was perfect for our group of 8 (four adults & four children), especially the spacious bedrooms (with super-comfy beds!) and bathrooms. Our view of the lake was breathtaking, and we loved being just steps away from the beach for paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming. The grounds were beautifully kept, and all of the resort staff were friendly and helpful. One *tiny* request would be to have the kitchen better stocked (e.g. more serving dishes, such as salad bowls, and some basic spices/oil other than salt & pepper). Overall, we loved GLBR and its perfect mix of privacy and activity. Looking forward to returning to the lake!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
