Perfect neighborhood, close to EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed the pool table! Wish there was more seating, but we made it work.

Good location for us

No complaints The owner was very easy to work with and we needed a place between Lake Mary and the parks in Orlando, we also tried the community pool very nice and rented Kayaks and went down the river and back in Keiwie State park.

A lovely family Christmas

Our family and 2 dogs had a great time together for Christmas. The house was clean and comfortable with a wonderful yard for the dogs. The children loved all of the game tables and the host was very responsive

Amazing House

The house was so amazing. I would definitely rent again next year when we return. It was spacious, clean and had entertainment for the teenagers. The pool was nice feature too. The communication with the owner was awesome and responded immediately.

It was a pleasure

We went to a family wedding and we have a blast staying in this place. Super close to the venue and to the house of my family. Perfect size for my family and rooms we needed. My daughter’s have so much fun in the pool. Thank you for great place.

Beds were not made, sheets hanging in pool table room, food on dining table, dirty dishes in sink, bathrooms needed cleaning, etc, cleaning crew there till 9 pm, contacted owner, nice guy.

Just what we needed

Plenty of activities at the home to keep everyone happy from toddlers to teenagers. Had a blast. Booked this to see the springs nearby however the springs were at capacity everyday so we just hung out at the house. Everything was clean and functional, the only complaint I would have is there's no cookie sheets in the kitchen and no broom for sweeping. Other than that it was exactly as advertised and had everything that was in the description and pictures. Thanks Jose!

45+ minutes away from parks and an hour to other attractions

This home was not as advertised... There was no place for the family gather as the living room housed a pool table and the "couch" sat 2 maybe 3. The game room and hot tub as well as the washer and dryer are in the garage where the temperature is unbearable. The air conditioning sounds like a jet plane coming in for a landing and the swimming pool is not on premise, but across the street. We found old, food in the microwave, the pillow cases looked like they had makeup on them and the house was generally dirty..... On a positive note, bedrooms large and lots of towels except in the kitchen where there were no kitchen dish towels.......... I was going to ask for a refund, but decided that wasn't fair to next guests. buyer beware and I have pictures

Ms. Kathleen, thanks for your feedback, even though it is not the best review we have ever received, when guests take the time to let us know about their experiences, it gives us the chance to improve our vacation rental management for your benefit, and to the benefit of future guests. Our cleaning staff was immediately notified as well. Thanks Jose On June 25, 2022 we received this review: “My family and I went on vacation, we really enjoyed the home, the huge backyard and even did swim in the pool. Great quiet location. The homeowners were very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if down that direction.”

Property definitely has enough space to sleep a large family gathering. So many beds! The hubs and son loved the pool table! The pool was ok except that my daughter and I broke out in a rash immediately so maybe some chemicals were just a little off because we swim in chlorinated pools all the time. But the outdoor shower was an awesome relief to rinse off in between swims. Beds were super comfortable. Check-in was easy. We had a 360 degree view of fireworks from all over the area which was awesome! Checkout was super easy because of the cleaning fee so there really wasn’t much to do upon checkout compared to others we have stayed at. Yard is nice. You will see over into the neighbors yard trying to get in and out of the pool w the ladder but we didnt care too much. The only thing we wished was that the fountain for the pool stayed on later w lights for the pool. It shut off every day before dark but we still made the best of it. Was a little weird to have to wait for the plumber to come over and fix outdoor shower knob one day but we got over that too. Overall… a good stay.

Nice Quiet Home 🏡

My family and I went on vacation, we really enjoyed the home, the huge backyard and even did swim in the pool. Great quiet location. The homeowners were very responsive when I had questions/concerns. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if down that direction.

Best for kids

We spent several weeks here on a golf trip. It is a good neighborhood and conveniently located for golf and shopping. Jose, the owner, was readily available for any problems. It is also set up well for entertaining kids with a pool table in the living room, ping pong and fussball in the garage and a badminton net outside. For adults it was somewhat difficult as the furniture was not very well placed or comfortable, the air conditioning very loud, no toilet paper holders in bathroom, and not enough kitchen amenities for any extensive cooking. While we were there, the fridge was leaking water onto the kitchen floor and we were told it needed a part that wasn’t available for several months and the hot water for the washer was leaking onto the garage floor and was too complicated to fix. Despite these problems, we had a good time enjoying the great weather and the backyard.

Good stay

We had a good stay, nice location and pictures are accurate. Host was very responsive, we needed to check in a little earlier and they allowed us. The only thing I suggest is pay more attention to the cleaning & maintenance.

Nice property - highly recommended

This was a great house and one of our favorite properties that we've rented on VRBO. The house was in great shape and the pool area was fantastic. We had rented from the landlord previously and highly recommend his properties.
