Tiki Bar

A single-family home located one block away from the bay or beach at the quiet end of LBI. Enjoy a walk through the beautiful dunes to the beach. It takes about 9 minutes to walk from door to beach depending on your walking speed of course. This fully furnished house is family ready and sleeps at least twelve comfortably. There are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a living room on the first floor as well as three bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the second/third floor.

Viking Village, a collection of boutiques, coffee shop, fish market, and fishing fleet, is a just a few blocks away. The Historic Barnegat Lighthouse, mini-golf, bars, restaurants, delis, and ice cream shops are all within a short walk. And don't forget the LBI shuttle to get up and down the entire island.

After a relaxing day on the beach or boat and come home to more relaxation on 2 private decks as you enjoy a glass of wine and evening breezes or maybe catch a Monday evening concert at the gazebo by the Coast Guard station.

Overall the house was great. The wifi didnt work but the kids figured out how to be kids and played a lot of hide and seek. Hopefully no one is still hiding.

Great Place to stay

The house was great! Perfect location on the northern end of LBI, quick walk to the beach, and close to other fun activities. Would recommend highly.

The house tons of the amenities you’d want for a beach trip- bikes, umbrellas, chairs.The kitchen is well stocked pots pans cups blender all the stuff and we did hire a bit of cooking didn’t have any trouble. one of the better rentals I’ve had in regards to all of that. The location is amazing and the beach on the north end of the island is really beautiful and not crowded. Has more of a locals vibe which I like. That being said there isn’t a lot of restaurants or walkable places to go nearby. But we came for the beach so worked great for us. There is plenty of parking, ac kept the house super cool. Hosts were available and helpful. Fire pit is now gas (which I am sure some people prefer) but I was excited for a wood fire pit. I didn’t find the beds to be comfortable but I am very picky the rest of my group had no complaints. Also they provided sheets which is very nice and many places do not, but like I said I’m picky so I’m very glad I brought my own because the ones there were not super breathable and I woke up very sticky. I’d happily rent it again.

Lovely stay for a family reunion!

The house was so homey, filled with small delights and an impressive backyard! Great for an extended family looking to spend some time together and get to the beach, just a few blocks away. Would def come back!

We went on a great beach vaction with our adult children and extended family this was a great location with everything g you need to have a great week with family , plenty of space beautiful house! We had a blast!

The property is well appointed and comfortable. The location is excellent. We love the north end of the island. This house was a bit tight for our group of 10, which included 9 adults - mainly due to the fact that we like a large space to gather together for a meal.

Very nice place. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Steps away from restaurants and the light house. Dealing with Sonya was a pleasure. Communication was prompt and clear. I would love to rent from her again in the future.

Amazing week

Check in at 2 PM was an easy process allowed us to spend most of Saturday vacationing. We were blessed to have the most gorgeous weather week and logistically this place was perfect. We did a lot of bike riding boating and beaching.!

We enjoyed our stay in LBI over a Holiday Weekend. Sonya was very quick to respond and accommodating to our group. The house was clean, stocked with everything we needed and in a nice walkable area.Would definitely stay here again when visiting Barnegat Light.

Classic beach house in a nice location

My family really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Lots of rooms for extended family and friends, quick walk to a beautiful beach, playground/tennis courts and restaurants. House well stocked with everything you need to have fun at the beach.
