With no neighbours it is the most private residence at the new exclusive Hacienda Beach Club located on El Medano beach in downtown Cabo San Lucas. This truly beautiful retreat is the only penthouse on the 6th floor. The exquisite views, sunsets and sunrises will inspire you. Once inside The Kings View , you will enjoy 4,000 square feet of luxurious furnishings including four ocean front bedrooms. Relax in the additional 1,200 square feet of private terraces. Enjoy the stunning 360 degree view of the beach, marina and all of Cabo San Lucas.
Our rate includes daily maid service and our staff can provide everything from your private transportation needs , pre stocking services , welcome meet and greet packages , private chefs and much more and Hacienda has a 24 hour concierge services as well.

Best stay ever!

Unbelievable location with a view of the entire Medano Beach. Great staff on hand to manage all of your needs. Rosa the concierge will do all the planning for you. Finally the penthouse itself is immaculate with 4 huge bedrooms with a lovely very large great room with flow to the kitchen. We could not have asked for a better property or vacation!

Can We Just Move ....

To begin, Julie is outstanding. Everyone should have a Julie in their life. From stocking the fridge prior to arrival to decorating for our mom's 70th birthday to the recommendation of Daniel (the personal chef) to a last minute booking of massages - Julie is why our stay was flawless. She is a gem. Then there is the location and the accommodations. Who wouldn't want an entire floor to yourself with no neighbors beside or on top of your head. The views were stunning, the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking and the place itself is spectacular. The only negative was the money I lost on the game "Guess The Cruise Ship" we played each afternoon from the balcony as the ships came to port :) (I blame the Happy Hour cocktails). It was a trip of a lifetime with magical memories and an abundance of fun! See you again in July!

Awesome!

Everything was great! Kings view worked really well with a handicap person.. Rent a scooter and the ramps, elevators, and marina was very easy.. it would be nice if the hacienda restaurant would separate tickets.. Housekeeping and everything was well stocked. Some throws for the cooler weather would be nice. Overall our experience was great!!

Family Vacation

Our family of 11 (including adults and teenagers) recently stayed a week in the Kings View, building five, at the Hacienda Beach Club. Kings View is very spacious and easily accommodated our group. The front terrace was the place to relax and provided a clear vista of all the activities occurring in and around the bay. Most of our time was spent on property, either at the pool or on the beach, with very attentive service from the bar and restaurant servers, as well as the staff who set up beach chairs, umbrellas and arranged for the use of paddle boards, snorkel equipment, etc. A shout out to Julie Yamal of Hacienda Premier Properties for arranging the pre-stocking grocery service and arranging our arrival meet and greet package. Julie was always on hand to answer any questions we had. A very enjoyable stay for our family group. We were sad it had to end.

The Best!

Beautiful views from each of the condo’s 4 bedroom balconies, the main living room terrace, as well as the wraparound back porch looking out to los Cabos. The beach club team is welcoming, friendly, responsive, and goes out of their way to provide an exceptional experience for all guests. La Hacienda Cocina y Cantina on-site are a definite 5 star experience at fair prices. The condo has a lovely open kitchen and living room with telescoping sliders to the large primary deck / outdoor dining setting. The space is cohesive and fit to suit any accommodation and entertain large groups. Our group enjoyed the privacy in all four suite style rooms, as well as the tailored decor which reflects local culture and styles mixed a modern touch. This condo is as fit to spend an entire week in, escaping from the sun, as it is a home base for a pool, beach, and activity-filled trip. Combined with in house laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and groceries upon arrival, this place is a must stay. Oh, and again the beach club staff are outstanding; keep an eye out for Nelson and crew taking food and drink orders poolside, say hi to Manny, on your way out, take good care of Manuel and crew in the restaurant (they will of you either way), and smile each time you hear “Buenos dias” walking into the beach club on your way down from the premiere fitness center with a smoothie from the wellness bar at the spa. 10/10, will come back!

Best resort in Cabo marina area with a five star residence.

This was our third time renting this penthouse residence with our family. As the same as our two previous experiences here, it doesn’t get any better than this specific unit. Views, layout and furnishings are amazing with five star service. Food offered on the property is fantastic whether at the pool or restaurant, room service is also available to be able to enjoy the large outdoor patio area with unobstructed views of the bay. This trip we had high school and college aged adults with us that usually decided to stay on the property since they offer everything and no reason to leave. Can’t wait to go back!

Just Perfect!

Had a perfect time in the perfect place! Beautiful property with incredible people who were over the top responsive & willing to make your stay fabulous! The pictures of the room do not do it justice & the views are nothing short of spectacular! The Villa itself is super spacious and perfectly located to the pool, gym, spa, & resort restaurants. Our party of eight had plenty of room in both shared areas and private spaces. The kitchen was well appointed, supplied with all you need to prepare meals or for private chef to pamper you. (They can also pre-shop for you upon request so you have groceries upon arrival.) The marina is within walking distance with local restaurants, bars & shops to enjoy as well. Overall this place is “Just Perfect” and we are already planning our return trip!

Hacienda Beach Club and Penthouse unit were FABULOUS!!!

The penthouse unit is absolutely fantastic!!! The unit has four bedrooms/four and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen and a huge family room. The unit is well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views are the absolute best in the bay!! Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
