We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, and the space was even better than we expected. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. We travel to this part of Montana frequently and this cabin is somewhere we will gladly stay again! The views from the back porch of the Yellowstone river and the mountains are majestic! The cabin was clean and bright and full of everything you need for a wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay. Everything was perfect. The property is clean and very well stocked with everything needed to feel at home. We loved the porch and porch sitting when we went out exploring. While this trip was just for my husband and I we know that this property will make the perfect place to bring our children and their children for a great stay! Thank you for opening up this gem for others to enjoy.

Great Location!

This property is well placed in Paradise Valley with a beautiful river view. Very close to running, biking and hiking trails with convenient access to Livingston. Plenty of parking and very easy to find.

Great Property

We loved our stay. Great view of the Yellowstone River and mountains from back porch. Property was clean and has everything you will need for your stay. Loved visiting Livingston, Bozeman, and Yellowstone, all just a short drive.

Clean & comfortable gathering place!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family get together in the beautiful Paradise Valley! Clean, pretty view of the river and the mountains, a great patio for soaking up the sun and was a quick trip into Livingston when we had forgotten a couple of groceries!

This home was great for my family of 5! The location was perfect for traveling around Livingston and to Yellowstone. The river that the house sits on has a cute beach that we spent lots of time at. The view outside was truly breathtaking and I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking to explore the area.

Amazing location and house

I've been coming to Livingston for years and this is, hands down, the best place I've stayed at in the area. Clean, spacious and you cannot beat the location. The whole house is so well designed to capitalize on the views with the massive porch.

Wonderful Property

Great location on the Yellowstone River a short distance from Livingston and 30 minutes from Bozeman. Very comfortable home. We hated to leave. Hope to return for another stay.

There is so much about this house that is wonderful. The layout creates a spaciousness both in the kitchen and the living/dining area that is really appealing. The view is unprecedented. There are the snow capped mountains and the flowing river visible from both the inside and the porch of the house. We spent a lot of time on the porch both relaxing in the morning and evening and ate every dinner at the table on the porch to take in the view. The area is very quiet which allows the mesmerizing sound of the Yellowstone River. Communication was excellent: Any questions were immediately answered. The proximity to Livingston makes grocery shopping and restaurants easy. We will be back. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Views

We loved staying at this property! The house was fully stocked and perfectly located. We loved have the magical view of the Yellowstone River for morning coffee and wine in the evening. Close enough to the park, yet far enough to relax and unwind.
