The host did an excellent job of communicating with us. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We brought our children to be in town for a volleyball tournament and wanted to be away from the chaos of the strip. The house was a perfect hideaway for us to relax and play in the pool after a long day in town.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the house itself met your expectations, but we’re truly sorry to learn that the cleanliness fell short during your stay. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us right away if anything is not up to standard, as it gives us the opportunity to address the issue immediately and make things right. Unfortunately, we were not aware of any concerns regarding the cleaning during your stay, and we would have gladly taken prompt action to resolve it and ensure your comfort. Your comments are very important to us, and we will be addressing this with our cleaning team to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
