Excellent property

As soon as we walked in to the property we knew it is well taken care of and truly a home away from home. We had a very comfortable stay with plenty of room and a fabulous view of the lake. Terry is very easy to communicate with.

Great spot!

Even better than the photos! Easy access central location to everything in town. Loved the convenience to the pool area. Clean, stocked, nice decor, comfortable furniture and beds. Great spot for a family or friends vacation. Terry was so easy to communicate with as well, which we appreciate!

Perfect in every way

We have stayed in other VRBO rentals in the last few years and have never felt the need to write a review about any of them before. This one was totally different. From the time we walked through the door, it felt like home. The layout was great, the view was fantastic and the location was perfect. The condo had everything that we needed and more. We couldn't believe the thoughtfulness of Terry by providing absolutely everything that we needed to have a wonderful vacation. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, and being so close to the pool was awesome. It was without a doubt one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we have had . Thanks Terry, we hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect location in Osoyoos! Condo had everything we needed. Across the street was the lake. Pool area with hot tub was relaxing in the evening!

Excellent property

This is an excellent rental, very clean, very well equipped, has all the amenities of home. We very much appreciated the basic kitchen supplies available upon arrival, coffee, sugar, salt, spices, etc. Also, the beds are fabulous. We were a group of seniors, the youngest was 71, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary. Had a lot of fun.

Great place, nicely setup

We were very happy with this place: lots of space, close to the pool and water, nicely stacked kitchen with everything you need, patio and balcony for room to spread out. All info provided in advance. Will try to get it again for next again.

Great Condo!

Terry’s condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach chairs we’re an added bonus! The location is perfect, lots of places to walk to and town was just a 15 minute walk. Beach access was great. Kitchen was well stocked just like the video shows. We will definitely be return. Thanks Terry.

The owners Terry and Carol are prompt and easy to deal with and directions and access to the property was very easy. Wonderful home, property, and location! We had a great visit!

Spotless, well-stocked unit

Excellent location within the complex. The property was spotless. It was very well-stocked. We have been staying at this complex for several years and this unit has been the best by far! We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo- fantastic location

This is my second time staying in Terry’s condo and it will remain my first choice when visiting Osoyoos. The home has everything you need to feel truly comfortable and “at home”. The location is wonderful- we sat on the balcony watching the sunset over the lake each night. I highly recommend staying here!

Loved the location of this Townhouse along the lake so had amazing views. It is also just a short drive to the shopping. Townhouse was clean with all the conveniences of home equipped with full kitchen and spices so no need to bring from home. We stayed a month, weather was great too. We would definitely rent here again!

Family vacay

We come up to Osoyoos every summer for a family vacation and this is our first time at this property. We loved it! Already booked for next year. This particular unit comes with a fully stocked kitchen (including spices, oil, condiments, etc!) Which was so nice to not need to go buy everything for a simple meal. The layout is nice and the unit was VERY clean. Can not wait to come back!

It was a great stay! Especially liked how stocked the kitchen was. Love that there are beach chairs as well! It was one less thing for us to pack. Thanks again! We plan on coming the same time next year

Very spacious, beautiful and affordable accommodation

We were 2 families totalling 6 people sharing this unit (4 adults and 2 kids), and our other friends rented the unit next door. It was definitely more spacious than it looks in the photos (approx. 1300 sq. ft) and had everything we needed. We didn't need to worry about aluminum foil, cling film, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, Pam spray, all the little things were provided by the townhome. It was very well stocked and had enough plates, cups, glasses, cutlery for at least 12 people. Our friends came over for dinner - 8 adults around the dining room table, and 4 kids around the coffee table - it didn't feel cramped at all. It was a relaxing 4 night stay over the May long weekend. The property was conveniently located near the lake, and has a swimming pool and hot tub which is where we spent most of our afternoons to cool off from the sun. The weather was perfect and the property had wonderful lake views. We were fortunate that no-one else was checking in the day we were leaving as Terry was very accommodating, and allowed us to check out later to ensure we had enough time to clean the bedsheets and towels etc. It's actually less work than we thought. We even had enough time to have one last dip in the pool before we left! Overall, our friends and I will definitely return to this property as it was a home away from home. The accommodation was extremely affordable. Thanks Terry, you have a lovely home!

I always do my best, to ensure a great holiday. sounds like mission accomplished. Again my place is setup as a home with everything there to make the holiday as best as possible.
