Extra clean and recently renovated, our unit is centrally located to all activities at Ocean Village and just a few steps to our beautiful beach. Yet, the unit is in a private spot. The south view patio door gives access to a sunny private terrace and is facing a pond with tropical fishes - away from the path of golfers.

It features a bright kitchen, completely equipped for all your cooking needs.

There is a sofa converting to a queen size bed in the living room, two smart TVs and free WiFi.

The master bedroom just received a new bedroom set with King size bed . It has the fresh looks of the tropics. It has its own TV of course

The bathroom has just been renovated.

Our linen closet has plenty of sheets/pillow cases, extra pillows and blankets and also lots of towels for your convenience.

You will also find tennis rackets and beach chairs with umbrella to take advantage of Ocean Village's installations & beautiful beach.

There is an extra sink/vanity area right in the hall and a new full size washer/dryer in the apartment.

Great property for our family of four to stay for a week during Spring Break. Beach accessibility was great, proximity to main pool was fantastic, & golf course was very fun. Owner was extremely responsive and communicated very well. If we ever come back to this area again, we’ll come back to this particular property if it’s available.

Serge was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. The resort is nicely laid out and the pools and other amenities were also excellent. We plan to return again next year!

The beach view is incredible, is very easy to accessThe pool is big and there are two swimming lanes.Also there is a library with plenty of books and puzzlesYou can enjoy the Golf course, tennis court, ping pong, pickleball court, bocce court and much moreWe enjoy the GYM that is full of machines All over Ocean Village are ponds , and all around you can see ducks, rabbits, lizards , birds, turtles, etcThe unit was amasing , very confortable with all you can need. It has a kitchen full of apliances, with a really big oven, if you like cooking, you will love itAlso there are beach chairs and beach umbrella

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was very clean, it had plenty of amenities, and it was a nice community. Ocean Village has a ton to do including tennis, pickleball, golf, and a fitness center. The main pool is beautiful and heated and has a tiki bar - although you have to get down there early to get a seat! Our host responded quickly to any of our questions. The only drawback (and this has nothing to do with the condo) is that the pool and hot tub close at dusk, so that was 6:30 pm for us! Way too early. You do have to drive to get to restaurants and bars outside of the complex, but there is one restaurant and 2 bars inside the complex. Overall we highly recommend this place.

Host was great. We love the Ocean Village amenities. Loved 613 with the expanded interior where the porch was. We stayed in 714 before and it seemed a little cramped without the porch push out. We’ll be back for sure. Terry & Jeri Weeks

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Very beautiful grounds, peaceful and quiet. The main pool area was very nice and the beach beautiful and quiet.

Relaxing & Fun

Love coming to Ocean Villages. People are friendly, property offers lots of opportunities for activities. Our unit is always so clean, updated & the owner is very responsive. Worth the long drive to escape winter in the Midwest.

Fantastic

The condo was clean and had Everything needed to have a great trip. Steps to the beach, multiple pools, and a great restaurant. There are a ton of restaurants near by to enjoy.
