Pretty recent single-storey villa located on the edge of the scrubland, in a quiet area, 2 km from the medieval village of Castillon du Gard.
This house is mainly aimed at holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet with their family.

Surroundings:
3 km from the Pont du Gard which borders the Gardon gorges, 25 minutes from Avignon with its Popes' Palace, 20 minutes from Nîmes with its exceptional Roman monuments and 15 minutes from Uzès with its famous Provencal market. Not far from there, the village of Les Baux de Provence (50 minutes) surrounded by its Alpilles as well as the sea, the Camargue, the Cévennes (50 minutes).

Description:
All rooms in the house are air-conditioned:
- a master suite with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) and a dressing room.
-three other bedrooms each with a double bed.
-The main room of 55 square meters brings together the kitchen, the living room.
The kitchen is equipped (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 electric coffee makers, one of which has dolce gusto pods, induction hobs). The washing machine is in the storeroom.

At your disposal in the garden of 1000 square meters:
-six sun loungers, 1 umbrella
-hammocks
-two terraces with garden tables, a plancha and a barbecue
- a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 m secured by an alarm
-a trampoline
- a petanque court
- a ping-pong table

-A cat lives on the property. He is allowed to enter the house but can also stay outside if you wish. He is very nice, a little fearful. You can give him food morning and evening (kibble available) if you can.
