Two private plots are available: one to the north, measuring 500 m² with a garden, children's playground, and a swimming pool (9 m long, 5.5 m wide, and 1.40 m to 1.80 m deep), shared with the owners, and one to the south, measuring 80 m², including a 30 m² terrace.
