Please enjoy our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and has everything you can think of, and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and the famous Branson Strip! Can sleep up to 9 with a queen air mattress located in a second bedroom closet if needed.

Two of the bedrooms each feature a cozy & luxurious queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom provides a queen bed with a pull-out sleeper trundle that sleeps 3 total in the room. Each bedroom is complete with its own flat-screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies and tv shows. Prepare any meal you desire in the modern kitchen that comes well-equipped with everything you will need, along with a coffee bar. Please enjoy the quaint & wistful backyard patio area complete with bistro lights for both daytime and after-hours enjoyment.

Relax on the leather couch or chair while you enjoy your favorite Netflix movies on the 60-inch flat screen tv in the spacious living room; or play some of our family's favorite boards games while you're making memories! If you have any questions please text me direct at 417-230-6565.

NEW FOR THE CHRISTMAS SEASON: Beginning November 1st through January 3rd, the unit will be decorated for the holidays, including a full-sized Christmas tree!

Perfect

This place was more than we expected. The listing sounded great but the house was even better in person. Very clean and exactly how it was described, maybe even better than described. Way bigger than we expected also. In a great location as well.

Branson at New Years

The property appeared in person like it showed in the pictures on the listing. It was very comfortable for my family, and it was in good proximity to all the Branson events that we enjoyed. It was a very good value allowing us to spend our vacation budget doing more activities.

Easy access to Silver Dollar City, quaint and cute

This was a great location for Silver Dollar City, just a short drive to the park. The apartment was a good size was tidy and decorated for Christmas, which was a lovely touch since we were celebrating Christmas with our family. The trundle bed worked well when we closed the closet door and moved it all the way out to butt up next to the closet. This allowed a walkway between the two beds. There was a cute coffee and hot chocolate bar with reindeer pretzel treats which was a nice touch for our kids. Plenty of blankets to cozy under and watch a film. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Experience

The condo itself worked great for us. The ground floor walk-in was especially good for the 92 year old in our group. Very pleased.

Great stay!

Nikki was so responsive and helpful! We loved the hot cocoa bar she had ready for us and all the Christmas decoration details. This is a super functional unit in a great location—easy to get to all the highlights of Branson. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Nikki!

Very Spacious and Comfortable

I stayed here with a group of friends over the weekend. We all really enjoyed the stay. It was super nice for each room to have a large bed. The host was very nice and helped me fix a booking error. A few things need to be fixed/updated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely great place to stay!

This place was absolutely great! Exactly like the pictures show and very close by to everything we wanted to do while visiting Branson Only thing was the dryer lol That definitely needs to be replaced… very loud and didn’t dry very good Other than the dryer the place is perfect!

Excellent Property

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s super cute and clean and has lots of perks! The decor is very pretty and it comes with the nicest coffee bar :) The location is great and not far from all local activities. The host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Our Stay

While we enjoyed our stay at this cute place for our girls' trip, there were a few things that need attention: • The floors appeared clean, but after walking around barefoot the first night, the bottoms of our feet were black. • The bathroom had quite a bit of dark hair on the floor, and no one in our group has dark hair. • When we pulled out the trundle bed, the sheet was covered with what looked like dog hair and there was some dirt or crumbs on it. We pushed it back under, and our 7th person slept on the couch. • We ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and couldn't find any extra. So, we had to take some off of the role in the other bathroom (as it's second role was already in use) and put in the other bathroom. • Upon arrival, there were crumbs on the table and the coffee bar. • The sink in the left bathroom does not drain well. • We could hear footsteps from the unit above during all hours of the night, which disturbed our sleep. Not really a big deal, we just got tired of it after a while. On a positive note, the place is decorated really nicely and stayed cool during our stay. The beds all slept really nice. With a good, deep clean, this place has a lot of potential!

The host was really friendly. The condo was really clean, and the area wa really peaceful. The day before we checked out, I called the host about staying another day. Unfortunately, another host was arriving the day we were checking out. Great stay.

I was raised in Branson and love to show off my hometown! I married my sweetheart Jeff in 2011 and we are living our favorite adventure raising our 2 adopted kids Joey (8) and Elli (7) along with our 2 doodles Addy & Boomer.

Our family loves to travel as well, and we have over 35 years of combined experience in the Branson travel industry. We know how good it feels to walk in the door where you are staying when on vacation, and know right away you made the right choice. Nothing excites us more than providing a setting for our guests to make the memories of a lifetime as they fall in love with Branson the same way we have.
