Thanksgiving in Middleburg

Perfect location near a relative’s home to allow comfort and privacy for a family reunion. Great parking and easy access to Middleburg village and wineries. We’ll be back!

Perfect location and home

This was a wonderful stay. Owner provides everything you need and then some. Location into town can not be beat. Beds super comfortable. Nice towels, great coffee cappuccino machine. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Owner very attentive to needs.

The patio out back was very nice. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Our host was very helpful with any problems we had. We would return if we are ever in the area again.

Gravel Grinder Weekend

Participated in the sponsored 80 mile ride on the Gravel Roads in Loudon County. Great event and perfect place to stay for an extended weekend.

Perfect spot just outside of town

House was very clean and completely updated. Walkable to Greenhill Vineyards is a huge plus. 2 minute drive to town. Only suggestion would be stronger WiFi.

Adorable Gem near Middleburg

My husband and two friends were in town for the Upperville Horse Show and were so lucky to book this adorable cottage. Located just outside of Middleburg, it gave us great access to the horse show and all of the delights of the area. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor area in the back... had coffee in the morning and enjoyed the weather. I highly recommend this property.

Pristine Says It All

This cottage was exactly as described...pristine! The owner has thoughtfully anticipated every practical need with an eye to the little extras that made the stay so comfortable such as plenty of thick bath towels, hotel style toiletries, and other bathroom supplies. Similarly, the kitchen was well-equipped with all needed to eat in. Beds were very comfortable. The entire property is fresh, updated, and well-maintained, including the fenced back yard complete with a firepit (firewood supplied) that we wished we had time to enjoy. Off road, paved parking beside the cottage made unloading easy. This is a lovely little Middleburg "bolt hole" with a very conscientious owner. We look forward to a return!

Birthday celebration

We had a great time celebrating my husbands birthday. The location of the property was perfect…easy to find and close to everything. The property itself was very clean and nice.
