At an altitude of 50 meters, with a splendid 180° sea view of Petite Anse Bay and its magnificent sunsets, Villa Caline offers everything you could hope for for a dream vacation.

Located in Les Anses d'Arlet, the bay is nestled between three ancient volcanoes, including Morne Larcher. Due to this geographical location, it is the sunniest region of Martinique.

Designed purely in the Creole style, the 110m² villa features three bedrooms, an office, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets.

A large 60m² terrace facing the pool allows you to enjoy your meals while admiring the sea. To the side of the villa, a 20m² terrace, shaded in the afternoon, offers views of Morne Larcher and the sea. A third 15m² terrace behind the house allows you to enjoy meals under the cool shade of the arbor.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a 1.60m bed, and a unique decor. One bedroom has a direct sea view, a garden bedroom opens onto a virtually private terrace and the garden, and an upstairs bedroom offers a view of the sea and Morne Larcher.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, stainless steel microwave, electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and kitchen scales. A second refrigerator/freezer is also available, as well as a washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

In the living room, you'll find a large television, the Orange package, unlimited internet, and a ceiling fan.
The 9 x 3 x 1.5 m swimming pool is automatically salted and serviced weekly. Six lounge chairs and a plancha are available for your use, as well as a canoe/kayak, fins, masks, and snorkels.
There is a parking space in the enclosed garden, an electric gate, and a fully enclosed garden.
The quiet, small cove beach is a 500m walk from the house. The beaches of Anse d'Arlet are 5-10km away, and on one side are the beaches of Anses d'Arlet and Diamant on the other. Below the villa, fishermen sell the fish caught that day.

A concierge service will assist you throughout your stay. The villa is regularly maintained for your comfort and enjoyment.
