Charming one bedroom casita (small house), located in the Paria Canyon, close to the Wave, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon, Zion and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Sleeps 3, Full kitchen, Southwestern style living room with amazing views. Adjacent to Highway 89 at mile marker 22 in the Paria Valley. Almost half way between Page AZ and Kanab Utah. On 9 acres with a beautiful view of the Milky Way at night. Photographer's and hiker's dream. One Bedroom with Queen sized bed and a full sized futon in living room that sleeps an additional adult, plus a twin sized roll-away. The best tasting water you have ever had from a 700 foot well. Views of the owner's Paria River Vineyard.

The Wave

Joe was an excellent host. Property was spectacular, clean, close to a lot of hikes, and had an amazing view of the stars at night.

Great location!!!

Joe is a great host and we enjoyed our 2nd stay at the casita! Great location to the wave and buckskin gulch area!! I’m sure we will be back if we are in the area again.

Quiet and serene stay

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Paria Sage. The casita is really cute. Joe was very helpful with the surrounding area. We had a great visit and would love to come back!

Oasis in the desert

We had a wunderful stay in this cozy house. We enjoyed the great view and the quietness. Joe was a very helpful and caring host. If we ever come back in this region we would defenitly stay at the Paria Sage Casitas again.

Great location, super friendly host

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, close to the trailhead, that saved us a lot of time. Host Joe is very friendly.

My financeè and I were very impressed with this place and location. The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone. Thank you Joe for being such a great host!

Always clean and comfortable

The location of this property, makes it ideal for my annual visit to family who live up the canyon. It was nice to be able to grill out on the deck and host my brothers in the comfortable dining room.

Just like home...

the property features and amenities were as listed, everything we used worked properly, Property Manager checked to make everything OK, and provided tips how to set heating system to keep comfortable.

The best Casita in Paria

This is my second time there , great little place close to Paria hiking trails Millions stars at night , Joe is so friendly and easy going. If you can cook and like to be away from civilization , this is a great place

Lovely

This casita is adorable! Very clean. Joe is a great host. You would never find the rental without his guidance! The stars in the evening are phenomenal as there are no lights for miles! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Joe even helped us with a car problem!

This place has amazing access for stargazing. It's right off the back porch. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when locating the property also. Gave us some good tips on hiking locations and sights in the area.

Best

This is the one of the best rentals I've stayed in. It's the perfect getaway with easy access to so many natural wonders and hikes. Peace and quiet. The owner is so helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

Perfect place to stay when you are hiking the Wave

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean and comfortable with amazing views. Sara and Terry are friendly and helpful hosts. We had delicious breakfast in the morning to start off our day of hiking. We would definitely come back .I highly recommend this home.

The Browns Wave Group

Loved the location for the Wave hike and other attractions in the area. Being located off the main highway a little ways gave it a sense of remoteness and privacy. Our manager was awesome and very attentive. It's the first time we have got a tour of the accommodation. Joe also told about the surrounding area. We loved the stay and will be back again!

Quiet private casita

Comfortable house for my 18-year-old son and I to stay while visiting Southern Utah. Kitchen is well-equipped, nice fireplace in living room, easy access to Route 89. About 90 minutes from Zion.

Paria River/Vermillion Cliffs Casita

We selected this casita due to it's close proximity to the Vermillion Cliffs Monument, which it was. The other benefits were the privacy/isolation from city lights and the desert landscape we came to visit. There was plenty of room for the two of us and everything you'd need for a simple, easy, home away from home. Joe, the owner, was a wealth of knowledge about the area, and even picked some fresh asparagus from his nearby vineyard for us.

Lovely views and great location

The property is a small well furnished little piece of heaven in the middle of so many things to do. We where in town to hike and explore. it is centrally located between Kanab and Page which lead to all the attractions of the area. The owners are extremely friendly and full of good advice about things to do. We will return year after year for more adventures!
