One bedroom, one bath, with full kitchen. Two block gentle walk to beautiful Main Street, Safety Harbor. There, you'll find a wide variety of dining experiences from Giggle Water's burgers to Sothern Fresh's home cooking to parts of Paris French cuisine. Also loads of delightful specialty shops. Walk a few blocks to the marina on beautiful Tampa Bay and rent a kayak! Nearby Philippe Park is a gorgeous biking walking or fishing experience! No pets allowed.

Wonderful

Best location! Walk to every single thing in Safety Harbor. The guest house is CLEAN and CUTE. There is even a skylight in the bedroom which was really cool!

Enjoyed Our Stay

The listing was accurate, and my wife and I throughly enjoyed our time in the guesthouse. The guesthouse was clean, cozy, and easy to access. Luisa was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. If we find ourselves in the Clearwater/Safety Harbor area again, we will likely look to see if the guesthouse is available to stay in.

Great Guest House

Luisa is a fine host and the house was perfect. Very clean and festive and a great area outside to sit, relax and enjoy the sun. Also a great downtown that is only a few blocks away many different restaurant choices. It was the best VRBO I have booked and you won't go wrong by selecting this one. Two thumbs up.

Loved the place. Great location, roomy and spacious, private with all the conveniences. Host was gracious and accommodating. Close to everything we needed to do. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this area.

Clean casita

This little unit at the back of the property was utterly charming in a measure once cut twice kind of way. I loved the distance to the Safety Harbor shops on Main Street, the spa and the brand new pickleball courts at Marshall Street Park. Everything was super clean, the water was hot and the bed comfortable. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to street noise while trying to sleep. Best to communicate with the owner through VRBO messaging.

Finally!

Finally a vacation rental as clean as the ratings suggest! Great location! Easy to check in and check out! Everything we could possibly need was there! The bed is very firm and hurt my hips. A 3 in gel foam topper from Walmart or Costco would solve that problem easily! I choose clean over the bed any day and will try to stay here again. Thank you, Luisa!

Cute carriage house feel

Cute property behind the owners main home which is convenient and a little odd as the owners are out and about. Patio is adorable. Water pressure is very low. Plenty of space for the three of us.

Definitely a hidden gem in Safety Harbor! This property was perfect for us. We could walk to shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to visit other areas of interest. We plan to stay here again in the future. Luisa was a wonderful host.

Great place and location!

The guest house was much bigger than I anticipated. Loved the location to downtown Safety Harbor! Only downside was the skylight in the bedroom, since I’m sensitive to the morning light. I would stay here again!
