The Moulin de Lausseignan vacation rental is a small house adjoining another stone cottage, nestled in the heart of our property near a stream called Larebuson on an enclosed lot of over one hectare of meadows and century-old trees.
A bucolic natural setting, ideal for a relaxing getaway with its pond and stream, sure to delight couples, families, food lovers, and travelers looking to take a short break in our beautiful region.
The Moulin cottage, with a floor area of 70 m², consists of:
- a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination microwave oven, air fryer, dishwasher, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle)
- a living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, bookcase, and wood-burning stove (wood provided for a fee)
- Upstairs, you enter directly into the first open-concept bedroom with a 160-bed and a 90-bed. A sheer curtain can be used to close off the space.
The second bedroom features a 160-bed and a crib.
This room connects to the bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Both bedrooms have built-in storage and are equipped with air conditioning.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided in the bathroom.
Basic supplies (groceries, household products) are included
The cottage offers free Wi-Fi, free private parking, and access to a covered patio for outdoor dining (which may be shared with other guests); all windows overlook the garden.
Outdoor activities are available (snowshoeing, badminton, pétanque, swimming in the pond or an above-ground pool, etc.)
We have 10 dwarf goats, 1 Ouessant sheep, 5 chickens, 1 dog (a setter), and a cat.
Therefore, we cannot allow your pets on our property.
Parties are not permitted for everyone’s well-being.
I do not charge a cleaning fee, so I trust you to leave the house spotless and clean upon your departure.
The end-of-stay cleaning option can be requested if you prefer not to do it yourself and is payable on-site (€70)
