Welcome to Bella Beach. This beautiful home features TWO master bedrooms! Located in the small gated community of Palmeira Villas, it’s perfect for your getaway to the beach. Bella Beach is located within a 4-minute walk to the nearest beach access and features your own, private plunge pool. It is also within walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. Palmeira Villas is surrounded by profuse evergreens and Palm Trees! In addition, the entryway to Bella Beach has a beautiful archway that leads into your newly decorated living room. Your kitchen is connected to the living room featuring beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you may need. In the evening, relax on the private patio with a plunge pool. Bella Beach will have you wanting to come back year after year for its family-centered community and its welcoming pull.

1ST FLOOR:
• Living Room: 1 Full Sleeper Sofa, dual-reclining couch
• Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, gas stove, granite countertops
• Dining Area: farmhouse table with seating for 8-10

2ND FLOOR:
• Master Bedroom: hardwood floor, 1 King Bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa, master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower
• Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, private full bath

3rd Floor:
• Master Bedroom: Travertine floor, 1 King Bed, large sofa in the sitting area, master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower
• Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, private full bath

Love 30A

Another great stay on 30A. Second time staying at this property and it is under Blue Swell now and we could tell! Super clean and just as I remembered. Washer sounds like it’s on its last leg and the beds were softer than we’d have liked, but overall, very happy!!

Spacious and close to beach

This home allowed us, our adult children, and their guests to spread out in comfort. The home is as close to the beach as advertised. The pool was nice after returning from the beach. I wish the kitchen was more organized and better equipped for cooking annd that there was a little more room to park. Overall, it was a great place to stay because it was spacious and close to the beach.

Great house & location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had a great stay. The house is very conveniently located to the beach, bike rentals, and restaurants, etc. It’s nice to be able spread out and the private bathroom for every bedroom is a nice plus. The pool was a great size for our group of five. I would not recommend paying extra for heating the pool. It didn’t seem to make much of a difference in the water temp and I was charged twice as much as I was quoted over the phone by a Blue Swell representative. There were a few small things like old dingy towels and dirty mildewed dishes that had to be throughly washed before use, but nothing that would deter my group from renting the property again.

Beautiful home!

We loved staying in the house! The heated pool was sooo nice! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom! Short walk to the beach! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Great location

The house was nice perfect for our stay. The only thing that sucked was they did not provide beach towels and some basic necessities. We flew in but had to go buy a cooler and some beach towels. Also, the coffee maker did not work. Communication through VRBO does nothing never got a response so email direct or call. The do not offer a late check out you pay $75 to checkout a noon. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful house and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is gorgeous and very clean! It’s even bigger in person. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Laundry area even has a drying rack, which I use at home all the time, so I really appreciated that. There are a few small beach chairs in the bin by front door. We are a music loving family and the house has a speaker system throughout, which we thoroughly enjoyed by hooking up to bluetooth. The bedrooms are spacious and everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The dining room table is huge and was perfect for card games each night.The plunge pool is bigger/deeper than pictures suggest. It is the perfect size for cooling off. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each morning. There are tree frogs and other frogs that do like to make noise, but it’s an enjoyable noise. There was no “swampiness” in the landscaping as one reviewer commented. We even had some pretty rough storms a couple of nights and it was fine. We ended up using the back door to the side street to access the beach because going through the pedestrian gate with gear was a little tough. The beach access is great and we try to stay near it every year. The walk is really close or you can drive up in a car to unload gear. We had an issue with back door lock battery dying. I contacted Blue Swell and they sent someone out quickly and it was all fixed. From booking to checking out, Blue Swell was wonderful to work with. They kept in touch before and during to make sure all was well. As far as food, there are places close by we have tried. Bronzinni’s next to entrance is the best pizza! The donuts at Dough Sea Dough diagonally across street are a must have (get there early). Goatfeathers next to the donuts is great for steamed crab legs and shrimp. We always go to Old Florida Fish House and The Bay. Of course there are many great options up and down 30A. We had a wonderful week and would love to rent Bella Beach again and definitely rent fr

Great Mother’s Day Trip!!!!

Short distance to the beach and great pizza place. Close to the grocery store. We had a wonderful time. Would consider getting the pool heated next time doesn’t get the natural heat from the sun and a bit of mold in the soaker tub. Overall great!!!! Will definitely be back.

Filthy

Such a beautiful house to be so filthy! Owners would be so ashamed of their property management team. Dead bugs, live ones, a brown cockroach out of the pot holder drawer the night before we left… yuck!!! Trash cans flowing over with previous guests trash when we pulled in for our stay and they were emptied for 2 days, despite multiple requests.
