Great apartment in a great location

Listing is accurate and the apartment was well equipped and very clean. Really great location for central Southport and would highly recommend.

Fantastic location

This street level apartment was fantastic,located near town centre and the front ,the train station was the cheapest place to park ,we will definitely be going back

Very central for restaurants and all amenities.

Well organised and managed. Have stayed twice and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great value for money.

Weekend stay - attending event at The Grand

Lovely apartment and prefect just for two nights and we were close by to two places that’s we needed. Would book it again in future.

Great location

Great location and also good sized apartment. Quiet even though in the middle of town. Had a few issues but all fixed promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful New Year family break

A gem in Southport

the accommodation was so central a few minutes took us to Lord St and as we had travelled by train 10 mins from train station Also it was very quiet which was great and we went to the Mexican restaurant it too was excellent hope to return next year 😊

Great stay

Great location, good facilities. Not enough comfortable seating. Clean and modern and outside space is good. The host was easily contactable for any issues.

Must rent

The apartment is fantastic, walking distance to the town and the beach. The hosts are very accomidating and answer all questions,. This is the 5th year of renting this property and have never been disappointed

The apartment is excellently situated for all the shopping centre, funland lovely large park with lake, golf and many more attractions. The apartment is well equipped to make your stay easy. Would recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this Southport apartment. It was spacious, modern, and spotless, with 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a beautiful open‑plan kitchen, diner, and lounge that made it feel really homely.The location was ideal too — close to all the amenities, shops, and everything we needed during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent; every message was answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a blocked toilet at one point, and it was sorted the very same day, which really showed how responsive and reliable the host was.Overall, a lovely apartment in a great spot with brilliant service throughout.

Usually we go for hotels in Southport but this time we thought we would try self catering with our adult son who is a wheelchair user. The property was really good and was easier for son to get around , it was more relaxing and all the facilities were there for our use . Son really enjoyed his stay that made it more enjoyable for me and his dad and he wants to go again ..Thank you 10/10

Not great on cleanliness

Nice property . Not as clean as we would have liked . Felt a bit uncomfortable . Stayed next door last year much cleaner property

Apartment was clean and well stocked, but the walls and ceilings are thin and every noise from the upstairs and surrounding neighbors could be heard. In addition it is on the ground floor and lots of nightlife nearby made it noisy into the early hours on most days. I would not chose to stay again purely based on the location

Hi Ashley, I would agree that other establishments are more luxurious, and also twice the price. We always market our apartment to provide the best value for money in the area.
