Only a couple of blocks from Bourbon St and all the food and drinks that you can ever want. The location was clean and the the manager was quick to respond to any last second hiccups that surfaced. The only thing I was recommend would be to continue to inform other guests that the courtyard in the back is a shared amenity for those renting out the place. Other than that, it was all smooth sailing.

Friends Trip!

This property was perfect for our group. Girls had a big slumber party in the upstairs room, and guys felt comfortable in the beds downstairs. Had plenty of parking and it was so nice to have a secure spot all weekend. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. Would absolutely stay at one of their properties again.

Perfect for bachelor party

Houses large groups and perfect location. Tiny kitchen so don't plan on cooking - but is that what you're here for?! Mike and owners were very easy to communicate with.

Prime location!

This place had the best location! We were able to walk to Bourbon and Frenchmen. The place was big enough to accommodate a bachelorette party of 11. Every person had their own bed. Mike, the property manager, was extremely responsive when something came up. Thank you for being such a great host!

Bachelorette

Our bachelorette group had such a wonderful time at this historic house. There was an ample amount of beds so that everyone present could have their own. Rooms had fans and the whole house stayed cool even during warmer temps. The kitchen suited our needs of storing food and drinks, and the occasional need to make a bagel or pizza bagel; though it was plenty set up and stocked for meals to be prepared. The living room has a very comfortable couch and some chairs for groups to gather and commune, though most of the time was spent upstairs in the large room with 6 beds, couch and chairs. The outdoor space is tucked away in back to enjoy the outdoors with tables and chairs, and shared with the other units. Mike was amazing and helped us so much whenever I had a question (and very quick to get back to me as well). Mike was also able to assist me with being flexible on check-in/check-out times, which helped our group so much and made the experience that much better. Our entire group raved about how cute the place was and enjoyed how decently close it was walking distance from our favorite places (mainly near Frenchman Street). The rental is near a busy street, which overall was not an issue at all and actually pretty nice in trying to get Ubers. However one room with two beds is at the very front of the building so it is able to hear a lot of street noise. Not at all an issue, but just noting for anyone who has a light sleeper sensitive to noise. Definitely plan to rent again.

Perfect spot

Visiting with a large group of friends and this was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to be comfortable, walking distance to French quarter and safe locale. Kitchen is small but adequate, and main living area is sizable for lounging for the whole group. I’d stay here again without question.

Lovely stay

The location is good, we walked everywhere we wanted to go with no difficulties. The room upstairs was absolutely gorgeous and the living room area was also very comfortable. The couch just begged lounging. The downstairs shower was low, so taller people would be more comfortable with the upstairs shower, but both had good water pressure and good temperature control. The bedroom in the front tended to have noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper, the back bedroom or upstairs is your best bet. Lovely place and glad we were able to snag it for our trip.

Great spot by the French Quarter

Our group of 11 enjoyed an unforgettable stay at this exceptional property, perfectly situated at the heart of the festivities near the French Quarter. Not only did the house comfortably accommodate all of us with extra beds to spare, but its prime location also became the cornerstone of our combined bachelor and bachelorette celebration. Nestled just blocks away from the vibrant Frenchmen St and the iconic Bourbon St, the convenience of being able to stroll back for a quick recharge amidst the Mardis Gras revelry was unparalleled. Although compact, the kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, catering to our morning breakfast needs and doubling as our cocktail mixing station for those essential to-go drinks. This spot was a major contributing factor to the success of our trip, providing both a cozy retreat and a strategic base for our adventures in New Orleans. Highly recommended!

Wonderful New Orleans Stay

My group visited this house and enjoyed every minute of our trip. It was easy to check in and check out, and the house had more then enough space for everyone. Great location walking distance from Bourbon Street and other great sites. Definitely recommend this rental property!

Great getaway spot

This property was wonderful and easy to access. The whole process was seamless. We were able to comfortably fit our full party of 11, and the proximity to areas of New Orleans was great. Highly recommend booking this property if you are looking for a great time!

Great Property, Great Location

We were a group of 12 looking for a place with plenty of beds and a great location. We thought this might be a tough ask. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a location with more than enough places to sleep and an unbelievably convenient location. The house was perfect. Beds were comfortable (all 13 of them) and there was plenty of bathroom and lounging space. Really nothing bad to say about this property at all. Mike was so helpful. If you’re looking for a big space with great location you can’t go wrong.

Perfect Bachelorette Place

This townhouse was perfect for my cousin’s bachelorette trip! Everything we needed was within walking distance. The place was clean and stocked with plenty of linens and toiletries. We had 12 people and everyone was able to have their own bed. Check in and out was super easy. I would definitely stay here again if I plan another large group trip to Nola.

Perfect place to stay while in NOLA

Great property!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party. The house was great! Awesome location - super quick walk to everything. Great communication with the property owner, and he even checked on us to make sure all was ok during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Girls Trip/Birthday Celebration

Loved this house...very roomy and spacious.Good location, house is very near the quarter just like the description. Literally in walking distance. The owners were awesome. Whenever I emailed them to ask questions, they answered immediately. My group and I had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and staying at this property made it that much more fun!! Perfection for our Bachelor Party

This was the perfect place to book for us. We had 11 people stay, stay comfortably at that. How close it is to everything French Quaters related is amazing. 10/10 would stay here again and would recommend to any other sizable parties!
