4 bdrm, 5 beds: Heated pool located 2 miles to State Farm Stadium.

This very tidy home is in a quiet neighborhood just 1 mile from Glendale attractions of Westgate Entertainment area and State Farm Stadium.
Private heated pool(extra charge in winter months) and grass back yard offers serenity on sunny Arizona days.
Large outdoor patio with BBQ Grill.
There is a smart TV in both living rooms (one up, one downstairs) with surround sound downstairs. Additional Smart TVs in the Master, the 2nd king and the queen bedrooms. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen, 2 twins. Plus blow up mattress(2) in the linen closet. No TV is in the twin room but every bedroom has a large closet.
The master bedroom has an ensuite with bathtub and separate toilet room, there is a full bath upstairs and a powder half bath downstairs.
Kitchen is fully stocked including a waffle iron and 2 coffee makers, depending on your preference.
Walking path wraps through the area.
2 car garage plus parking in driveway for 2 more cars. No overnight parking street side. All cars must park off road by 1am.

Wonderful

Had family with grandkids for this stay and it worked perfectly. Open communication with property owner. Pool was a hit with grands, one day even swimming 3 times. Nice and spacious. East assess to Westgate and 101. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Tina.

The house met all of our needs

The kids loved the pool. The adults enjoyed lounging outside. The location was perfect for us as it was 2 blocks from my sisters home. The house was spacious and well stocked. Can't wait to rent it again.

Celebration of life

I enjoyed staying here the last time but this time house was dusty and my daughter found a scorpion in the bedroom she was staying in. That’s quit scary. Also found one that came up from under pool deck crack and we quickly stomped on it. Then at night as we were staying on back patio we saw roaches scurrying across patio. Not sure we will be staying here again.

Great location, great house.

This house has so much space, even though we didn't need it. Nice and clean. Great location for both the Mariners and Dodgers. The heated pool was fantastic. Tina is very responsive to questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Desert Home

This beautiful home is located in a safe and central location in Glendale AZ. We had four adults and two children in our group and had plenty of room to lounge or play outside in the pool. The home had everything we needed for entertainment and felt more like a home than a rental. We used this home as a home base before and after a wedding and the property was large enough for relatives to drop in and mingle. Tina was prompt in her responses and very pleasant to work with. It was an incredible home which allowed us time to relax in between wedding events. We will definitely be back!

Excellent property

Property was very nice. Great location, close to plenty of activities. House was stocked with a lot of extra amenities. Property owner/manager was easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything you need!

We had a nice stay at this convenient and lovely home! It is very well appointed with nice touches for a weekend away. Tina was easy to communicate with and the location was convenient for many of our outings. Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot!

Close to State Farm Stadium, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood with kind neighbors. The property was clean, inviting, well stocked and the pool was sublime. Property management was extremely attentive. This is our new fave spot in the Phoenix area.

Property was fantastic!! Central location on the West side of Phoenix was a big help.

Owner was responsive and the house was prepped and ready for us when we arrived. Could not have had a better experience with this beautiful house. All details were attended to. We’ll be back for sure.

Family Friendly Getaway

This home was clean and the pool was perfectly sized for our group. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and playing on the foosball table was a nice treat for the kids. The host responded quickly and this property met our expectations.

Great home and had everything we needed

Thank you to Tina. This house house was great. An amazing location near the stadium. The house had so many games for the kids and also had a pack n play that we were not expecting but glad it had it. Had lot of pool floatie for the kids. Tina was very responsive to text and messages. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great place with a pool

Home was clean and stocked with plenty of the necessities. Lots of cookware, cleaning supplies, first-aid, pool toys, cable, etc. the pool is a good size for our family of 7, and it’s salt water so it’s much easier on the eyes and skin. If you’ve never been in a salt water pool it’s great, the water is only mildly salty...nothing like the ocean! Most people don’t notice the salt until someone points it out. The deadbolt on the door leading out to the pool is up high so that little people can’t open it easily if parents want to lock down the pool. It seems like the home was recently remodeled (as of spring 2021) and they did a good job. Highly recommend if it’s what you’re looking for!

Amazing stay

Our stay was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured! The house was spacious and had all the amenities. The location was close to shopping and entertainment. The pool was heated and even had toys for the kids. The owner made it effortless. I would highly recommend.
