Spacious and Modern Suburban Townhome

Gorgeous suburban townhome located in a fantastic and desirable neighborhood. Near the heart of Spanish Fork and close to breathtaking biking/hiking/walking trails. Only 5 minutes from all shopping and restaurants. Easy access off and on to both major highways: Highway 6 and I-15.

The home is pet friendly, however pets are allowed only on the first floor and basement. Upstairs is all carpet and we want to be sure it remains clean as much as possible. NOTE: this is a townhome, all bedrooms are on the second floor.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay parking is tight for full size pickup but other than that all was excellent. Will stay again when in the area

Everything was wonderful! Home was spacious for 4 adults. Location was in proximity to family member’s home and attractions. Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable place

For a quick stay for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed it. Furniture was comfortable. The beds where adequate. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need to cook if you like. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice place

We came to Spanish Fork for a quick weekend visit with family. This place fit the bill as a nice place to stay, convenient to town and amenities. Everything was as described, big bedrooms. We had one issue (our operator error) come up, and the owner was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Thin walls

The property and owner were great. Just be aware it's a heavily kid filled neighborhood so you can hear kids through the walls till late at night sometimes. If that's not an issue then you'll enjoy the property.

Nice stay in Utah

We really enjoyed your home! The game room downstairs was a huge hit with my teens, the beds were comfortable, the location was near the freeway and many restaurants, and it was clean. There was no toaster and very thin blankets. We were chilly at night. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you stay more then one night. The home has all your simple needs. Thank you for hosting our family.

Nice but parking and access difficult

The place itself was nice inside. The kitchen was stocked decently with cooking utensils. Our only complaint was the parking. To get into the place, you have to walk around the complex to the front door, go in, and open the garage door from the inside. Twice the sprinklers were on, kids bikes were often blocking the sidewalk, and if there's snow I doubt a path would've been shoveled. The garage is very short--our rental was a Ford Explorer and it barely fit. The driveway is also very short and trucks/SUV's were hanging into the narrow street where kids were often playing. Once you're inside, the property is nice. But due to the parking/garage situation, we wouldn't stay here again.

Spanish fork

Conveniently located! Easy to get in and out. Clean and having a garage to park in was really nice. King sized bed upstairs was so comfortable. The pool table is a little small and wobbly. And I agree with the other reviewer that there aren’t enough blankets. Maybe bring some of your own. Plenty of towels, the coffee/hot chocolate was nice. Thank you!

Appearance was great, details could be better

Pros: Location was wonderful. Close to shopping, restaurants, and highways. We were able to check early due to our arrival time. Thank you. The home was very clean and well-maintained. Cons: the Wi-Fi was horrible. We were unable to watch television. In order to log into our computers we had to use a personal hotspot from our cellular phones. We would have liked to have blankets available for times when we were lounging in the living room area. The beds were furnished with a sheet and a very thin comforter. No blankets on the beds. We were only given one towel per person during the stay. We booked the home because of the extra amenities of the pool table, basketball, game, and poker table that were listed on the listing. Unfortunately, the poker table was not there, the pool table was quite wobbly, and every pool cue was damaged. We had to purchase batteries for the basketball game, and every basketball was deflated. One evening, we wanted to make dinner in the house instead of going out. The house did not contain one pot where we could boil water for spaghetti. I am hoping that by the time this review posts, the errors that I will mention will be taken care of.… We booked through VBRO. And when we booked our trip , the checkout time was listed as 11 AM and the pet fee was listed as $25. Once we checked into our stay, we were told that checkout was 10 AM and the pet fee was $50. I addressed this with the owner and was told that the listing didn’t translate properly to VBRO from their ‘original listing ‘ and we were still expected to check out by 10 AM. I had to reach back to the owner to express my opinion regarding this issue. Fortunately, we were allowed to stay till 11 AM and received a refund on the pet fee due to the fact that the listing was different than what we were charged. Although I appreciate that, these items were made correct, at the end of our stay, I probably wouldn’t choose to say here again, due to the fact that the amenities were misrepresented, and it was my responsibility to make sure that we weren’t overcharged or asked to leave prior to walk, was represented in the listing. Also, just to be transparent… We originally booked not expecting a pet… However, there was a terrible winter storm and our son was traveling through and needed to stay with us with his dog. He arrives late so we did not contact the owner in the middle of the night, but planned to do so in the morning. We pay the fee the next day

Great location

We were in town visiting family and this property was only 5 minutes away from where they live, so very convenient. It fit us all well and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!

Beware-Weather May Cause Flooding

Extremely disappointed with this rental, and owner. Primary concern is while during our stay the basement flooded. The owner had to come by at 10:30PM to pump the basement. This created an interruption with our stay and gave further concern that it could occur again as weather would be continuing. Initially the owner seemed nice, and I would have assumed they would take responsibility; however, they disregarded the interruption and chalked it up to out of their control. They provided no refund or reimbursement for any time interruption. We had ended up leaving a day early due to this concern. However, the owner is disregarding the whole situation. Unfortunately, as VRBO weather policies are thin there is nothing they can do. If you plan to book look at the weather and know you will not get any reimbursement or refund even if something occurs. A side disappointment was also the pool table, as that was one of considerations for booking though it is in terrible shape, most the cues are broken, and in the basement that floods. Very disappointed and would never stay with this owner, or at this property again. BAD HOST that doesn't care about interruptions or your safety.

Nice place to stay

Our family stayed for our daughters wedding. It was nice to have easy access to the interstate and the location between wedding/reception was perfect! It was a nice place to stay.

Good Experience

We enjoyed our stay at this property. My only suggestion would be for the property owner to have some blankets in the closet, along with the sheets. It was a little chilly.

We loved staying close to friends and family in this rental! Great location and very clean and comfortable for our entire family! Parking and entrance to the condo was a little tricky, but not a deal breaker!

Spanish Fork Vacation

The trip to Spanish Fork went just as planned. The property we stayed at we very conveniently located as I thought it would be. It was close to everything we needed and close to my kids so it worked out great. The area where it is located is a nice area with the other units being occupied by families who were friendly and well aware that our unit was a rental. The parking was a little constrained as I drove a Ford F-150 pickup that really didn’t fit the parking area around back. My truck hung over into the alleyway drive about 3 feet and it made me uncomfortable until I saw everyone had the same issue and after talking to a couple of them they just took it as normal. It didn’t cause any issues. The townhouse was clean and allowed plenty of space to spread out to me, my wife and my sister. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Spanish Fork.

Would stay again!

This property was exceptionally clean. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. My family and I would love to rent again in the future. The only negative to this location would be the parking. If you have an entire family vacationing or visiting there is only room for two vehicles to park at the rental. MP
