On site parties or group events is strictly prohibited. Our home is a peaceful retreat for families and groups of friends with a recent addition of a game room that includes shuffleboard and Ms PacMan. There is also a work station in case you need to work and play!

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans with no loose trash and taken to the curb the night before trash day.

The house was gorgeous and very spacious for our family and friends! The outside patio overlooking the lake was perfect for the evening times. Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. I highly recommend this house and look forward to returning next year!!

Amazing stay! The house was gorgeous with breathtaking views. It had everything we needed to cook meals, everyone slept comfortably, and the kids loved all the games and activities the house had to offer.

This place is AMAZING!! I have nothing negative to say. The view is breathtaking! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. I’ve been renting homes in Hot Springs for years and this was a definite favorite!! We will be back!

We were extremely happy with our stay! After being refunded less than 24 hours from our original cabin due to “low water pressure” we were so worried we wouldn’t find another place to stay. The owners gave us a discount for such short notice booking & even gave us an early check in. The house is beautiful, with amazing views of the lake! We also enjoyed our visit with the bengal cat. Thanks for being so easy to work with on such a short notice! Would recommend & hoping to stay again!

Our host Dana was so accommodating and available for any questions. She genuinely cared about our goal to make a it a memorable family weekend. The VRBO was gorgeous and absolutely beautiful! It literally had everything we needed. A little slice of heaven!

Lovely home, gracious host

Lovely home with a most gracious host. The setting is beautiful, especially loved sunsets from the porch. Highly recommend guests stay here for making wonderful family memories.

The house was impeccable, and check-in was a breeze. It’s conveniently located to most of the areas of the lake that you would like to spend time. Dana was an excellent hostess.

Great stay and fantastic eclipse viewing!

We had a wonderful stay and Dana was a fantastic and responsive host for our couple questions. Indoor/outdoor living with the covered deck space was perfect for evenings and we enjoyed the swing on the boat dock and grilling for dinner. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Loved that the host let me know no one rented the property the day before so we could check in early. Very clean and perfect set up in the kitchen/living area. We also enjoyed the view and how peaceful it was. I certainly look forward to coming back.
