Our loft-style home is a two-story architectural gem. Its open, light & spacious floor plan, skylight, high ceilings, carefully appointed furnishings, artwork, amenities and great location provide the perfect surroundings for both the pleasure and business traveler. Decorated with a Zen sensibility, The Loft House has two bedrooms (one is loft-style), air conditioning, a Jetted bathtub with powerful shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny view deck, a private enclosed parking garage with remote control, fast wireless Internet (500 mbps), smart tvs with premium movie channels (Netflix, HBO Max, YouTube TV) plus many more amenities.

Located within walking distance to the sandy beaches in the heart of Santa Monica, we are also within 1 mile of world class shopping and the hottest bars & restaurants.

Private, Enclosed Garage with Remote Control: You will have exclusive use of an enclosed and private two car garage that is opened with a remote control.

Inside the garage is a stackable, front-loading, brand new Washer & Dryer.

You will also find two beach bags, beach chairs and beach towels here for your pleasure.

You can enter the guest house securely from the garage, and your visitors can enter from the sidewalk.

A clean, lovely apartment with garage parking close to the beach. We had all the cooking equipment we needed, the linens were spotless and the kids loved having 2 TVs :) Highly recommend this place!

Great location. Easy to walk and see things. Safe neighborhood. Inside was very clean. Outside stairwell and upstairs balcony could have been swept. WiFi was slow /below average and had difficulty streaming on TV or cell phones.

I am so sorry about your experience with the internet! This morning, I worked with our internet service provider's technical support, and it turns out, our internet signal was corroded. We corrected the problem, and now our 1 Gig of speed is working at its maximum capacity. Again, so sorry that it was not functioning property for your stay. 🙏

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotless, the location was excellent, and the area felt safe throughout our visit. It’s about a mile from the Santa Monica Pier and the Metro train, and it was very easy to get picked up by Waymo for short rides around the area. We had no issues at all during our 4-day stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Los Angeles area.

We had an awesome stay. The place was perfect for our family. Quiet neighborhood and still close to great places to eat etc.

It was a great place to relax and explore Santa Monica. Nice and airy, the loft was comfortable and the deck off of it was a nice surprise. Neighborhood is great to walk about, and lose to things.

Would definitely recommend and stay again! Great location, quiet neighborhood, loved having garage parking spot and washer/dryer access in garage. Was exactly as posted and loved having coffee on balcony! Very comfortable and every appliance and air conditioning worked beautifully.

Our stay at Deborah's place was great! Great location and we walked to shops, restaurants and the beach. Very easy check in and communication with the host. Would recommend staying here!

Beautiful place - very clean and well maintained. The garage space was a big help in not being worried about the hours of street parking.Of note, the 2nd bedroom is upstairs on a spiral staircase, so just needs to be utilized by people with good mobility.

Perfect spot to explore LA

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was great. 15-20 minute walk to a trader Joe’s and a great kitchen to work in. We loved the location and the separate spaces. Would 100% stay here again
