This rental unit is one of the best places to stay. It is everything a family needs and could ask for. The owner is top notch and is fast to respond and easy to work with. This is probably one of the best vacation rentals in the Disney Orlando area. This house was very spacious and plenty of bedrooms and bedrooms. We had 18 people and had beds leftover that we didn’t use. The pool was amazing and a great place to family gatherings. I’m definitely staying here again at (747 Vacation homes).

Great experience except the upfront clarification about the number of vehicles allowed free of charge and the cost for additional vehicles. This should be indicated as a footnote immediately after identifying how many cars are allowed to park at the house, not later in the instructions. Other than that, everything else was great. House was nice and community is nice but the 5 car max parking is terrible. Even if you have guest just stopping by for the day you can’t have more than 5 cars through the gate. It was not explained that visitors wouldn’t be able to drive up to the house. House could use more essentials, they literally only gave us 1 kitchen towel so if it got dirty or to wet from drying pots and dishes we had to use paper towels. Also a lot of the pans were beat up and terrible. So pots, pans and supplies can use an update for sure. Beds are extremely firm. That was probably the biggest complaint of the weekend. Every bed was like a rock so you couldn’t even switch with someone if you needed a softer bed. Overall the house was nice though and price is reasonable. Host was very responsive as well.

We had an amazing stay! The home was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very safe, which was really important to us. The security gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and super convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

We had a great time at this house. The house was really nice and clean. We didnt have any issues with the house. The pool was just what we were looking for. This was the first time in this resort and we will diffently be back. I would rent this house again . Hopefully next year. The host was very nice and always got back to us asap. Thanks again for a great trip.

The pool was used by every member in our party at least once. The hot tub was a hit every night after all the walking done at Disney. It was great to be able to come in the house as soon as we got out. And the safety fence worked perfectly for our 3 year old.

Place was awesome, everyone had their on space. Close to everything but out of all the traffic. Security doesn’t mess around either, they check to make sure the right people are coming in, with kids, we felt very safe.

The dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived, but everything else went super well! It is REALLY hot upstairs so be prepared for that. It would then get randomly cold at night. The pool being heated was GREAT. The grill worked just fine and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Had several issues with the community people at the entrance gates. My passes did not work all week and when I waited for HOURS at the front gate to be treated with sarcasm and blame problem on the people who rented the house. I had contacted the company about the issue and they had stated it was fixed. After the second time I contacted them about it, they just did not respond only to give me check out instructions. I was so disappointed. We had stayed at this house in 2024 and the location was great. Now it just seems like we had continued problems. When we first arrived I informed the company of some broken furniture and they sent someone over the following day to look at it.
