Situated in the upscale coastal town of Caesarea, Kingfisher Villa features a fully equipped luxury accommodation with a private pool and large garden areas in the front and back. Complimentary WiFi is available. 4 of the 5 large bedrooms open onto a balconies with garden and sea views. All the common rooms and bedrooms have air-conditioning units.

Wonderful place but a bit disappointed

We loved the property, and would love to return, but the listing specifically states that pets are allowed and when we arrived, we were told they were not. Then we had to sign another contract when we arrived, and pay a deposit, which we never had to do previously, and which also was not mentioned in the listing. I would highly recommend this property with modifications to the listing.

Kingfisher ("shaldag" in Hebrew) Villa was our beloved home for over 20 years. We raised our four children there and you can feel the happy memories seeping through the walls of every room. As all four have flown the nest, we chose to scale down our living space, but we just couldn't part with the Kingfisher Villa! So, here it is - for you to enjoy as much as we have! We are so pleased to know that others will enjoy our beautiful home and the amazing community of Caesarea, unique in all the world!
We are new to hosting and SUPER committed to ensuring that your stay at the Kingfisher Villa will be memorable and pleasant! We live 10 minutes away and are always available if you need us.

From April to November (at least!) you can enjoy the warm weather in our beautiful garden and pool area where you will find plenty of room to spread out. You will enjoy the patio spaces all around the house, and our favorite spot...a covered, romantically-lit pergola with Moroccan-style pillows. There are plenty of options for outdoor seating and dining, or just lounging around (and keep an eye out for the actual gorgeous kingfishers that like to visit!). In the winter, you can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi and large indoor steam sauna. But the best part in any season, is watching the sunset over the sea from any of the three upstairs balconies! A special bonus for families- a HUGE basement with plenty of room for young ones to run around, or for your teens to have some private space to watch t.v. or hang out.

There is no place in the world like Caesarea! We have been to the Old City countless time and we NEVER tire of the unique beauty and atmosphere. From the villa, you can walk or drive to the gorgeous beaches, the Aqueduct, the Old City with top-rated restaurants and shops, the free-entry Ralli Museum, the Synagogue, the Community Center, the Caesarea Spa, and the Caesarea Golf Club. In 30-40 minutes you can be in the amazing cities of Haifa to the north, or Tel Aviv to the south. Our street ends in a cul-de-sac with a lovely playground and no through traffic. The entire neighborhood is well-kept and extremely safe.
