BED AND BATH
The large, spacious master bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, as well as a private, four-piece ensuite attached. Unwind after a long day in the deep, soaker-style tub. The bathroom comes with all the basic necessities––plush towels, Soco Soaps shampoo/body wash and a hairdryer.
LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at-home meal. Providing all the basics, down to the salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans: the chef will have no problem whipping together dinner for the whole family––which can be shared around the large dining table. In the living room, curl up in front of the stone fireplace with a hot cup of coco or your favourite drink.
AMENITIES
Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade.
Important Notice!!! The pool area is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of the year/beginning of January 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours.
This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to CA$1000 for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs. Alternatively, the refundable security deposit is held on your credit card and returned in full if no damage occurs; repair costs are deducted if necessary.
