Big Dipper Lodge is a spacious 3 bedroom 4 bath 4,331 sq ft cabin on an acre with hiking less than a mile away. Fast Comcast internet, Roku, Amazon Alexa Unlimited Streaming Music and indoor Swimming Pool. Kitchen and 3 baths have exotic granite. There are 3 Master Suites, each with King log bed, attached bath, and Jacuzzi. Upstairs area has 2 bunk full sized log beds. The indoor heated pool is on the cabin's lowest level, and has a deck to sun, and Amazon Alexa to stream your favorite music. Convenient 20 min drive to Gatlinburg attractions, and without the heavy traffic of staying in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Smoky Mountain Park entrance is 7/10 mile away!

Main level has Living Room, 8' Brunswick billiard table, stocked kitchen, Laundry Area, and Master Bedroom 1. Upper level has 2 Masters, an area with Full size bunk set, pro foosball game, and spacious theater room with superior sound, high end seating, mini fridge and microwave. There is a 75" flat screen with Bose sound. Top floor crow's nest has a hot tub for 7 with wooded and seasonal mountain views. You can catch your favorite shows as hot tub area has Roku and HDTV! Lowest level features indoor heated swimming pool 22'x18'

7/10 mile from the cabin is the Cosby Great Smoky National Park Entrance and available Picnic areas where you can hike 4.5 miles to beautiful Hen Wallow Falls. Cosby entrance is a favorite with locals and Smokies visitors in the know. A 1.4 Mile hike to Sutton Ridge Overlook offers amazing views. Visit Carvers Apple Orchard for the Diner and fresh farm produce.

What a wonderful property on the quiet side of the area near the national park entrance. On bad weather days the kids loved the pool and movie theater. On good weather days very convenient to explore the park. We would stay again next time we were in the area. Still convenient 20-30 minute drive to Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge if you want to explore the attractions there.

Beautiful home, pictures can’t even show what it truly was like throughout. It was clean, but also the owner communicated really fast and let us check in early since it was done being cleaned early. The pool was a lot big the what I thought. It was not as deep as I thought but I’d say it’s maybe 4 feet or so but it was perfect for the kids. I would stay again for sure!

Great relaxing stay!

The cabin was great and the location was perfect. Far enough away from the touristy stuff to be peaceful, but close enough to pop over for dinner/shopping. Super close to the national park entrance and some great hiking. The only constructive feedback I have is just to update the cookware in the kitchen.

This property is a great place for a memorable vacation. If you enjoy hiking, we are 7/10 of mile to the Cosby Smoky Mountain Park entrance. There are local diners to try in nearby Newport and Cosby. You can get fresh produce and local honey at Carvers Apple Orchard. Cabin is in a quiet rural area, but with amazing mountain views driving in. No steep roads. Dipper is in an upscale resort and has wonderful amenities. How many area cabins have an indoor pool, hot tub in crows nest with views, luxury comfort and amazing spacious theater? We hope you enjoy Big Dipper as much as we have. So many options to keep you having fun..and isn't that what vacations are all about?
