I visited for a wedding in Spring Lake and we needed a dog friendly house. This place was perfect. Cute litlle house that turned out to have lots of room. We loved Feyetville. Friendly people everywhere we turned. I would definitely stay there again.

Great space for family to gather and visit

We went for my son’s graduation at Fort Liberty. We had a great time at the house catching up and visiting. Great space. Comfortable beds. Large space for many family members to gather and visit.

Jewel in Fayetteville

This property is a jewel in Fayetteville. Plenty of room for families to spread out with two separate living areas, as well as three bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a large dining table. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were there during the winter, but the back yard looks like lots of fun with a table for outdoor dining and a fire pit. We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting family for Christmas

I love old houses this is a favorite of mine very homey feel quite neighborhood extremely close to anything and everything host was quick with responding to any questions we had would definitely stay again

Wonderful stay

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. The backyard is great for kids. Casey was very good about responding very quickly to any questions that I had.

Cozy home

This property was just perfect for our family get away. All the rooms were clean and the place had lots of beautiful decorations. It felt very cozy.The host was very accommodating and was able to check in early too. I would like to recommend the place for anyone looking for good atmosphere home for vacation.

Successful Reunion Thanks to Haymount House

I came to Fayetteville to my Panama Airborne Reunion. Some of the troopers I had not seen for 35 years. We arrived to Haymount House and felt like we had come home! The property is spacious with an enormous fire pit out back. Clean dishes, silverware and pots and pans saved us money on food as we cooked on the gas range. The location is very close to downtown and about 15 minutes from Ft Liberty, NC. I cannot express how nice the accommodations were. Words fail me! The hosts were super responsive to our questions and made sure we were good to go. All of this maximized our time reminiscing and telling war stories. It was great and the stay was wonderful. When we come back to Ft Liberty in the future we hope this particular house will be available!

Birthday Celebration

The Place was PERFECT for our stay. The grill is small so that was a slight inconvenience but the place more than made up for it! The Owners were quick to reply and overall it was a great stay! Excellent memories!

Visiting daughter returning from deployment over seas.

The house is in a lovely neighborhood. There was plenty of space for five adults and three children. A couple of suggestions: Pyrex dishes for cooking would be nice, a high chair and pack n play would make guests with small children able to pack lighter, and have a plumber check the water pressure in all showers.

Baby Shower Get-together

We were in town to attend a baby shower for my daughter. The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for all of us and enough bathrooms for all of us women! A/C worked great thankfully for it was quite warm outside. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent home for visiting military families

We spent our spring break visiting our son who’s in the military. This was the perfect place for our gathering. The owner gave us lots of ideas for entertainment in the area. We visited the airborne museum and the Cape Fear botanical gardens. It was also spacious enough for us to just hang out.

Christmas break

Very nice house- plenty of space for gathering with the family to open gifts and play games and eat. Some small soaps/shampoo would have been helpful as we arrived without baggage.

Absolutely Beautiful

Had a lot of family there at one time. There was a place for everyone staying in the house. Plus there was enough room when non family guest visited. The house was perfect for all ages to have a place to enjoy. Basketball goal, swing and treehouse. Fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows. There were steps that might be an issue for those with toddlers but I think they may have had baby gates in the closet. Amazing ! I would definitely rent again.

Aunt Invasion

We came to celebrate 1 of 4 sisters 50th birthdays. She lives in Fayetteville, along with her teenage son and 2 adult children who are married with children. We have 8 adults, 1 teen 2 kidos ages 5 and 7 as well as 1 infant 2 months old. This house was amazing for all to visit, only 5 of us slept in the house. Nice little yard the playground worked perfectly for the little ones. We utilized every room. The location was great, right between everyone visiting no one had to drive too far to get to and from. This is a beautiful home! Casey, the owner was amazing and attentive. Quick to respond very pleasant to communicate with.

Weekend getaway

Fridge did not work but thank goodness they let us use the one in the shed but still sucked having to go outside for everything. Middle hall bathroom kept clogging up happened 3 times in 2 days. House was beautiful and roomy. Kids loved the swing set. Not stocked very good to make dinner there as far as pots and pans

Great family trip

We had a group of 6 adults + 1 toddler who stayed for a long weekend. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean upon checkin. The house is split level and has 4 half levels. The main floor has the kitchen, 2 living rooms and a gorgeous good sized dining room. Our group of 7 ate in the dining room with room to spare. The kitchen was nicely outfitted with dishes, silverware, bottle openers, etc. it has a 12 cup coffeemaker and a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We used them all and they were great and in very good condition. The downstairs level had a bedroom with 2 double beds, a full bathroom and a big laundry room with a very nice washer and dryer. My mother stayed in the downstairs room and said the beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. On the third floor is two more bedrooms and a bathroom. My daughter stayed in the bedroom with the full bed and said it was very cozy and she liked her room. She’s super picky, so that is saying something! My husband used the second bedroom on this floor (with the bunkbeds) as his office, as it had a full desk. He said the WiFi was great and he had lots of privacy- he couldn’t hear much else going on in the house. The fourth floor has the master bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom with a shower and bathtub and dual sinks. We only used the shower but can say the water was great and their was plenty of hot water for everyone. We used the backyard too- beautiful!

Dear Terry & Casey, There are a few things you might like to know about the most beautiful house that you have for rent, 706 Weldon. When we first got here, it was pouring. We promptly put our jackets in the foyer closet, and the third coat hanger in, came off. We needed to wash both our clothes, after taking baths. I piled the clothes on top of the white painted wood piece that is on the washer/dryer. A brand-new pair of Soma nightclothes fell behind the wood piece, between the washer/dryer. It was already dark, and the lights in the laundry are dim, so, I decided to take care of it in the morning. Long story, short, there were more clothes back there, then just my nighty! I washed them in hot water on sanitize, [nice machines!], then realized that you probably had mice at one time, as the shirts on top were all ridden with holes. They are children’s clothes. I placed them in one of the smaller baskets on the wooden piece. I pulled the curtains open in the bedroom across from the laundry-room, and the curtain rod promptly separated, leaving the one curtain starting to slide off onto the bed. The curtain rod needs to be glued together. The lightbulb out back blew out, after the first night. I couldn’t find any bulbs, so I took one from the left lamp, in the family room. My dog, D. J. had slipped out of the backyard on the bottom busted-out section, on the left side of the fence. I put the planter there, so he would not get out, again. You have the same problem that I do for the faucet in the bathtub between the laundry room, and the bedroom. It’s the plumbing. But it’s really loose! We bought our house 38 years ago, before it was built. The bath people who outfitted our house for new bathrooms said they couldn’t couple the old plumbing to the new setup. However, the bathroom upgrades are insured, for as long as I own the house. The kitchen clock, & 2 remotes from family room all need batteries. The burnt-out lightbulb is there, as well, on the windowsill behind the sink. The one plastic plate was already cracked in two places when I took it out of the cabinet. Finally, the little pot with the air plant in it, had a broken area hidden from view. When I moved it toward the middle of the window, behind the kitchen sink, I cut my right index finger on the missing part. On to better things: My daughter and I really like the house, and would like to use it when we have the internment for my husband. He asked that he[etc]

Quiet getaway close to Ft Bragg

Older and well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for work and brought my dog. Anything we needed the property manager addressed quickly. Close to both base and local restaurants. Saved as a favorite for future visits.

Nice Clean Big House
