Wapato Point Resort lake view community waterfront single level 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home, internet access, wrap-around patio, and plenty of flat lawn areas for the children to play. Enjoy the lake and mountain views from most any room. The home is located next to the outdoor pool and less than 2 blocks to community sandy beach waterfront amenities and on-site watercraft rentals.

2026 - JULY-AUGUST is 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental dates. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve.

This 1650 square foot single level lake view home features the following:
• Internet Access
• Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Area with seating for 6 and kitchen bar seating for 4.
• Living Room with TV/DVD/Stereo, access to wrap-around patio with Gas BBQ, lawn area
• Bedroom #1 with Queen bed, lake views with sliding glass door to patio.
• Bedroom #2 with King Bed, TV, private half bath, lake views and sliding glass door to patio.
• Bedroom #3 with 2 bunk beds (single over single and single over full, private half bath.
• The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a tub/shower and each have their own private half bath.
• Guest Bathroom with walk-in tile shower.
• Full size washer and dryer
• Wrap-around patio with Pergola shaded area on the patio with table and chairs available if you're looking for shade from the afternoon sun.
• Additional open patio area with table to enjoy the sun
Garage and driveway parking available for your use.

This home is privately owned and is NO SMOKING / NO PETS. MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT.

Wapato Point Resort is located in the heart of Washington along the beautiful shores of Lake Chelan. Enjoy 116 acres of resort living at its finest with on-site activities for all ages including Wapato Point Cellars Restaurant and Wine Bar, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, watercraft rentals, boat moorage, children's activity center, mini-golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball courts and more. Conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Manson restaurants, wineries, brewery, shopping, grocery stores and gas station. Less than 2 miles to Mill Bay Boat Launch and Casino. Take the 8 mile drive along the lake to enjoy downtown Chelan amenities. It only takes 15 minutes or less to enjoy all the sites and entertainment that the Lake Chelan Valley has to offer from the Wapato Point Pool Side Home. Enjoy 116 acres of resort living along the sandy beach shoreline of Lake Chelan. Attached garage is available for 1 car parking and 2-3 car parking in the driveway.

The Wapato Point Poolside home was the perfect house for our vacation. The place was immaculate, had amazing views, and was situated so that you can’t really see the neighbors when sitting in the backyard. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental that I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend the place!

We loved our stay! Bonnie was a nice and responsive host. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for our family with young kids. The lake view with snow-covered hills was breathtakingly beautiful. We can't wait to come back!

This is our 3rd stay at “vacation house” as referred to by our grandchildren. The house is perfect for our family. It is well appointed and we always have everything we need. It’s across the street from the pool and it has a perfect back yard that our grandchildren love. We also enjoyed the amenities at Wapato Point, kayaking and pickle ball. Our host Bonnie is the best! She is kind and very responsive to any questions we have. We look forward to our next stay!

The Host (Bonnie) was absolutely the best VRBO host I've delt with! She was responsive and accommodating for all requests! The home was great for our family gatherings - we had multi-generational events and everyone from the 4 year old to the mid 80s had things to do (pool, BBQ, relax, talk, etc). The home has an open floor plan allowing lake views from most rooms. We also appreciated the gift to Blueberry Hill. I'd highly recommend this home (or using Bonnie) for future Chelan/Manson gatherings!

Fabulous easy-going Property.

My family and I and some friends stayed here and enjoyed every part of it. Very clean and well taken care of, organized, host is very responsive, and there are a lot of amenities included that were very convenient.

This is a lovely home with a beautiful outdoor space—we saw some amazing sunsets from the comfy loungers! Everything we needed was here. Great proximity to the little town of Manson. Bonnie was super helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
