This 11 BR beautiful villa is located in an exceptional community - Solterra Resort, which can sleep 22 people comfortably, each room is tastefully decorated and furnished with top-of-the-line linens & decor. You have many amenities here, include the beautiful pool and spa in backyard, two living rooms with large TVs, pool table and comfortable sofas. The amazing 5 Star Solterra Clubhouse and Water Park are near the house and too much fun is offered there, which include water park, lazy river, restaurant, Bar, tennis court, fitness, etc. (Garage is owner storage, not available.)

Best days ever

It was awesome, I truly enjoyed myself and so did my family and my grandbabies were excited with the pool I would truly recommend it to anyone.

Check-in was late we had to wait for him to finish putting names on the list which should have been completed in advance. So we had to wait at the gate until this process was complete. We get to the house to find hand written and typed up notes all around the house. He had very strict rules to include what bathrooms you could take a dump in and which ones were only for urine. No shoes on carpet, pool at the house closed at 10pm etc. a Very micromanaged host He set the AC unit at 78 which in Florida is ridiculous. He had a lock over the thermostat so we had to call him to adjust it. We paid for the grill which only had a 1/2 tank of propane and would not provide us with a full tank we had to purchase a full tank to finish grilling. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean. If you rent this house you need to bring your own towels, he only provided a few towels for an 11 bedroom house. He also told us we could have 9 cars that I sent him Drivers license and plates for then we got to check in we were only allowed 5 parking passes. Also on the day of check out as we were packing up to leave the host drove past the house 5 times recording us on his phone , 15 minutes before we were due to check out. please what ever you do get the insurance. It’s a must he submitted a claim for sheets, towels, mattresses protector, steel oven serving tray and a pool chair which was already broken with totaled 410, I would not recommend this house or host

We respectfully disagree with several statements in this review and would like to clarify the facts for future guests. This reservation was made for 14 guests, but the guest later provided a registration list of 36 people, and the actual occupancy exceeded our booking limit. The excessive number of guests and vehicles created issues far beyond the normal use of the property and resulted in significant additional cleaning and damage. When the guest reported that the upstairs felt warm, we responded promptly and adjusted the thermostat immediately. The air conditioning system was operating normally. With more than twice the booked occupancy, the unusually high number of people naturally increased the cooling load. The same applied to the refrigerator, which was overloaded with food and drinks for a group far larger than the reservation. Parking passes are limited by our HOA, not by the host. This policy is clearly communicated before check-in and applies to every reservation without exception. Our house rules are provided to protect the property and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. Unfortunately, this reservation resulted in substantial violations of those rules, including unauthorized occupancy well beyond the reservation, excessive cleaning requirements, and property damage documented with photographs and supporting evidence. We strive to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable home and responsive service, as reflected in our many positive experiences with other guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend this guest to other hosts.

Spring break home away from home

We loved it, we really enjoyed the whole tone that we were there. Although the parking situation could have been a little better. We didn't let that stop us from enjoying this lovely property and also the pool could have been serviced before we got there. And i tried to contact the property manager about warming the pool and never received a response, but other than that we enjoyed and could have stayed a little longer. VACATION WAS WAY TOO SHORT.......! Oh and please fix the pill table and sticks we couldn't play cause they were all messed up. But THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

Family Holiday Getaway

We were excited about this vacation. The home was very accommodating as far as space. There is a Master bedroom downstairs with two Jack and Jill bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is a second Master bedroom upstairs with the remaining bedrooms. I guess the previous renters broke the sink and there was no time to fix it before we checked in, The maintenance person stabilized it so we could use it. It could use a new coat of paint in the common areas and baseboards. The house was cleaned but you can tell it has some wear and tear. The beds were very comfortable. No one woke up the next morning complaining. The owner was very responsive. The trash is taking out daily. Good vacation house and amenities. Disney and other parks are about a 30 min drive.

Stunningly bright and modern pool home with over-sized screened-in pool & spa is the best part of your perfect vacation! Spacious, open multi-family floor plan providing a fabulous amount of space, covered in bright decor with fabulous accent colors. Start by heading into the living room on the lower level. Beautiful, multi seat couches available with accent pillows and a huge flat screen TV. The kitchen has white cabinets, neutral colored granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and 4 bar stools for you seating at the counter.

The pool deck is screened in and partially covered areas where the seating is. If you're looking to soak up the sun, enjoy lounging in one of the several high quality sun loungers on the pool deck.

Take a dip in the crystal blue pool or use the spa to ease the discomfort in your muscles from a long day at the local parks. (Please ask us about heating the pool & spa). After all of the fantastic fun in the pool, seating is available on the pool deck too along with a barbecue grill.

This home sleeps 22-26 comfortably with 6 king beds, 3 queen beds and 4 full beds. Additionally, each bedroom is tastefully decorated and is furnished with top-of-the-line linens and decor. There is two laundry room with full-size washer and dryer including an ironing board for your use should you need them.
