Situated between the Maui Marriott and the Westin Maui Hotel on Kaanapali Beach, the unit offers seclusion, yet is in the heart of all the Kaanapali fun. The resort is 45 minutes from the Maui Airport at Kahului. Just a short walk down the paved path you can shop at the upscale outdoor mall, or dine at the great restaurants at Whaler Village.
This family owned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home offers vacation privacy in one of the most desired upscale resort locations in Hawaii. Great first floor unit. The property was great. Quiet. Always got a spot at pool or beach no matter the time and with privacy. Gym had everything you would need and lots of restaurants and spots in easy walk.

Clean, well-stocked, great location. We had a lot of rain and flood warnings, so we ended up in the room more than usual for Maui, and it had everything we could need. There’s a closet that has beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, and other things for the beach.

Nice resort, convenient condo location on the ground floor. Was nice not to have to wait for elevators especially since one was out of service for a few days. Condo was nicely stocked and ample space for a family of 4. Chairs by the pool hard to find sometimes but chairs at the beach almost always available.

The unit is exactly as advertised. Ground floor GREAT for longs days at beach/pool. Well equipped. This particular unit is on the back end of the property. The patio is situated on the drive the garbage trucks utilize.However, you can use the same drive to unload and load your luggage which is clutch. For the price, convenience, and location in Kaanapali, this didn’t bother us too much. The restock of paper products and cleaning supplies was left on the patio table (likely an oversight) so we just brought them in. The property is well appointed with a great gym, multiple pools, beach access w/chairs etc. we were there during the hurricane (power loss for about 24hours) and the staff were INCREDIBLE - despite navigating how the hurricane may have impacted their personal lives. I could not sing their praises enough. True aloha.

Great property and location

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was walking distance to lots of places to eat. The beach at the property was nice and the staff were constantly working to keep everything clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay and were so glad we chose this unit. Being on the first floor ended up being incredibly convenient for access, and while I was initially a bit nervous about it facing the Westin and a nearby walking path, those concerns quickly disappeared. The lush, beautiful greenery surrounding the unit created a quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private setting, even more so than I think we would have had on a higher floor.The owner was communicative at check in and responsive when we had a question, which we appreciated.We love staying at the Alii property when we visit Maui. It is absolutely beautiful, with pools that are perfect for all ages and very friendly staff. Beach towels and chairs are readily available and provided by the staff. We especially love how walkable everything is. There is easy access to nearby restaurants and a short walk to Black Rock Beach for snorkeling, which makes the location ideal.We would absolutely rent this unit again!

Very communicative and easily worked on everything. Would recommend as a short term renter myself they get it all done. They know what they are doing for your stay

Spring break with family

We had an amazing time here. Steve was awesome with wonderful suggestions on what to do on Maui. Monty, the care taker, was equally as awesome if we needed anything. 5 stars for sure!

Great property!

Highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and beach. We enjoyed using the grills while watching the sunset. We took a sunset dinner cruise that picked up just a few feet down the walkway. We were able to walk to Whalers Village for dining and shopping without having to worry about parking. The owner and manager were very responsive, we will definitely be back.

Very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped condo - two separate bedrooms each with bathroom. Laundry room, kitchen. Free parking. Great condo complex - well maintained. Great location, beachfront. Beautiful garden and pool, no problem with deck chairs. Nice welcoming owner - I appreciate free late checkout. Cons - service area around the corner (linen,trash) which wasn’t disturbing though. Overall, we had awesome experience.

Such a great rental, so conveniently located to the beach. If you forget something you just run and grab it and back in 2 minutes. Nice gym. Pool is small and packed but we love the ocean so didn’t bother us. Condo was clean and well stocked.

Highly Recommend

Owner was very easy to work with. Excellent location on Kaanapali Beach. Very spacious quiet condo with extremely comfortable beds. We were a party of 3 adults and had so much space. Ground floor location gave easy access to pool, grounds, and beach. Patio did not have a view, but was surrounded by beautiful landscape. Would highly recommend.

Family trip

This unit is well equipped and as advertised. We spent very little time here (primarily for sleep) as we used another unit in the complex as our the for family gatherings.Our group included family ranging in age from 3 to 67 and we all had a great time at Alii.The grounds and facilities are fabulous! This particular unit is dark and there is no view, but we weren’t expecting a view so that was fine.

Spacious Condo on Kaanapali Beach

Condo was beautiful! Tile floors, huge master bath with full laundry room, walk out patio steps away from the paved path to the beach, boogie board, lawn chairs and beach umbrella... We had an absolutely wonderful time. My only complaint would be that there were no drapes/blinds for the dining and kitchen windows. That being said the condo is clean, spacious and a quick minute walk out onto the beach.
