The Space:

Beachwalk Resort, ideally located between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Enjoy a stunning condo-hotel on South Florida's beautiful beaches, complete with pool, gym, and resort-style amenities. This unit offers a south-facing balcony with direct views of the ocean and intracoastal waterways. Just a block from the beach, it features two full-size beds, accommodating up to 4 people, with a private bathroom and TV.



The unit features a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster — ideal for preparing light meals and snacks.



You will also find a fitness center, a restaurant and you will have beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).

Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.

The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
