Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled, first-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. It has an open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple. The living room is comprised of an overstuffed couch (Queen sofa sleeper) and two accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Take in the master suite which has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, dresser for your beach attire, and wall-mounted TV. The full bathroom has a large vanity area with a sink and tub/shower that can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

We were located minutes away from restaurants and fun activities. We did have people staying in condo above us so we heard them shuffling around, but it is a condo. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The unit was clean with comfy bed and brand new appliances. Bring your own washing detergent and dryer sheets and beach towels.

Cheap and dirty

I came to Port A as a last minute trip with my husband, toddler, and dog and booked here mainly because it was one of the only pet friendly spots available. The listing said “recently renovated,” so I assumed past issues like broken blinds mentioned in 2023 reviews were fixed. Nope. Living room blinds were still broken with a huge gap and the cheap vertical blinds on the patio door were barely hanging on, leaving us with basically no privacy as it faced the busy parking lot. The furniture and throw pillows were covered in visible dirt, and the floors were sandy. Luckily, there were extra sheets so I used them to cover the couches so we could sit down comfortably. There was a washer/dryer, but they didn’t even bother to provide laundry detergent or any kind of basic cleaning supplies, like multipurpose spray to wipe down counters. For a 2 night stay, I shouldn’t have to bring or buy all that just to feel clean. There was a spin mop in the closet but it was broken and gross, and the only cleaning tools were a dirty vacuum and old broom. The bedroom was impossible to sleep in past 6:30am thanks to a giant floodlight outside and lack of blackout curtains, again just cheap blinds that let in all the sun. The pool was nice to have, though mostly used by people as a sand rinse-off station, and there’s zero shade except outside the pool area near the grills. Property management is responsive but clearly cutting corners. We left a day early because it was so uncomfortable.

Long Weekend in Port A

Centrally located for convenience to the beach and restaurants. The bedroom is in dire need of black out curtains because it stays light all night and into the morning. The vertical blinds on the sliding glass door needs to be replaced as well because it provides little privacy after dark.

Great short trip

The accommodations were very clean super comfortable beds the price was great and wow what a well stocked kitchen everything and anything you needed to cook great meal! I have stayed much more expensive Vrbo that didn’t have have the quality for price as this place nice pool too, we’re able to leave our fishing stuff in back of pickup without really worrying about stuff getting stolen !

Will book again!

This place was so close to everything in town. We usually stay beach-side but decided to try something different and it was great! Clean place, easy check in, comfy bed/furniture, very nice renovation on the whole property. A few things need attention but nothing major: 1. CURTAINS IN BEDROOM!- There's a security light (which is great) outside the bedroom and at 4a I got up thinking it was 7a with the glow. 2. Fix the sliding door blinds, there's a few missing. 3. Leave a broom and dustpan for the sand we bring in. It's annoying to have it on the floor. I was genuinely surprised at how much I liked this complex. There's also a great patio bar less than 100 yards away!

Cleanliness and blinds

Bathroom floor had used toilet paper behind the toilet. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom area. Patio door curtains could not be closed, there was a foot on each side that was open allowing people walking next to the to apartment to look in to apartment. Bed room window blinds did not seal outside, light from coming into the room, and it was very bright, not conducive for sleeping.

Perfect

Location was perfect, walking distance to everything, quiet, clean, nice appliances, most comfortable bed, everything you need and accommodation for our fur baby was spot on. We will be staying here again. The only suggestion is maybe some blackout curtains in the bedroom, the security light out back is very bright…The management team is amazing and we were shocked by how on top of everything they are.

2nd time at this property, would rent again !

Excellent property, well maintained and nicely furnished for effortless vacationing. Property management kept bombarding us with multiple disruptive text messages daily. Everything sent by drips and drabs in texts over the entire stay could have been sent in an email when I made my last payment, perhaps except the door code which is understandably held close. The texts appear to be an attempt to be "cute", but aren't, just irritating.

Great place, some logistical/care issues

Loved this place! It did take us a day or two to get settled. We received a ton of texts from the property management company prior to arrival, but none with the actual address or door access code...I called and had to convince them of this, but then they finally sent a text with that info. When we go arrived, we couldn't find the parking passes anywhere, and, on the giant king sized bed, there were only two small pillows and a thin blanket. We found another thin blanket in the closet (I was still cold most nights even though it's summer) and after I contacted them they did drop by two more pillows. It was just a tiny bit annoying getting that stuff sorted - but once we did, the stay was great! It's a lovely, clean place, in a great location, nice neighbors, and an awesome pool. I think some extra thoughtfulness from the management would be awesome, about cutting down the amount of texts to just the necessary, blankets and pillows that match the bed size, and things like adding another chair on the front porch. My hubby and I couldn't sit outside together to enjoy the sunsets bc there was only one chair. No biggie, we just went somewhere else to do it, but would have been nice, you know?

Awesome condo

Great condo in a fantastic location. Very nice, roomy condo convenient to the marina area of Port A. Easy walk to Roberts park, restaurants, ferry etc. Only complaints are minor. Could use some more pillows for the bed, a number of slats were missing from the glass door blinds and the shower curtain needs some attention but these were all minor inconveniences to a great place. Will definitely return

Needs improvement

Nice, clean place. Needs to supply more basic things like bath towels and toilet paper. Vertical blinds were broken which meant there was no privacy for the guests sleeping on the couch.
