Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the Bay breeze. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet. Take in the master suite which has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, dresser for your beach attire, and wall-mounted TV. The full bathroom has a large vanity area with a sink and tub/shower that can be accessed by both the bedroom and kitchen area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
