Amazing units and beautiful forest views make our property a pleasant respite! Work out in the onsite fitness center, enjoy some skiing, or go for a bike ride, then come back and enjoy a massage at our onsite massage therapy room. Kid-friendly options are available at our included daily Hot American breakfast buffet! Our property is centrally located to enjoy all the area has to offer!

It was a great place to stay. It fit our family well and the location can't be beat! Right in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. We would stay here again!

Location was awesome, we walked to everything. Room was nice, bigger than expected. Very clean. Staff was super helpful and nice. Just a great place that we would highly recommend.

Location location location! Easy walk to heavenly village and Stateline activities. Staff all very friendly. Definitely a bit dated and the room we stayed in could use some updates. But price and location made it a great choice for a weekend golf trip.

Perfect location for access to the Heavenly gondola. Beds were comfortable, wine happy hour was fun, room was clean with plenty of towels, lots of storage and hanging space. I’ll happily stay again!

Nice breakfast options. Freshly made things come out. WiFi sometimes was slow but that’s okay. Came with kitchen utensils to make dinners.

Great place to bring the family!The heated pool was a big hit with the kids.Pet friendly.The exercise room had a stack machine… not just cardio equipment.Breakfast had eggs bacon, hash browns and quite an assortment of juices! Coffee was decent!Walking distance to live music and a great Latin restaurant with patio seating (dog friendly). Azul 10/10

Overall we had a great time. Breakfast was amazing. Everyday was something added that was different from the previous day. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle with a 3 minute walk to the gondola to Heavenly. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. Would stay here again with our family of 6.

We had a perfect stay. The location is amazing…just about a 3 block walk to the gondola and Heavenly Village. The room was as pictured, clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Breakfast was free, fresh and very good. The pool was closed but the hot tub seemed a popular venue. Best of all this place got quiet after dark which is apparently not the case with the Marriott options found in town (as reported by other skiers.) We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and everyone we encountered at the property or on the slopes seemed to agree!

We visited on a busy July 4 getaway. Great location, I watched the gondola out our window and over the pool. We were unable to rebook a smaller room, one of our travelers broke her ankle the day b4 our booking day. It was ok as both bathrooms had issues with the sink plumbing. No issue as just us 2, this unit was for 8. Plenty of towels, but it was costly. Very confusing layout, and small elevator. We enjoyed the spa (hot tub) even though the jets weren’t working and the water wasn’t always clear. The 2nd bedroom is best for kids, too crowded for 2 adults. Master bedroom was wonderful!

Really great location! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Big screen TVs with a zillion channels. Friendly staff. Only one improvement would be to incorporate parking fee into lodging rate.

TThe check-in process was super quick and easy, and everything was going smoothly until about the third day, when management brought contractors to start working on the set of rooms next to mine. The contractors were applying epoxy resin to the rooms, but unfortunately, they forgot to set up proper ventilation to get rid of the fumes. The smell quickly spread into the rooms, making it impossible for me and the my family to stay in my room. I asked for a room change, but my request was initially denied. It wasn't until I had a chat with the manager and kindly asked for an inspection of the fumes. She did so and finally agreed that the fumes posed a health risk to all visitors. The manager then kindly agreed to move me to a different room, away from the fumes. After the room change, my family and I were able to enjoy the rest of our time in Tahoe. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely consider it for future trips to Tahoe.

Pet Friendly and Central

We enjoyed our two nights at The Forest Suites Resort in South Lake Tahoe. We were able to get a first story room which was really important for Sonny, our older dog. We booked through Vrbo very conveniently. Overall, our room accommodations for 7 people were delightful. The only mystery lies in never knowing the name of the resort, until we got there. Maybe I just missed it. Added costs for amenities and parking seemed a bit undisclosed. A roll-away bed was an added cost, too. It was the only reasonable way for 7 people to sleep. The weekday prices were reasonable, however - and we were right under the Heavenly ski lifts. (That was a plus!)

Una excelente opción parabun viaje familiar a Lake Tahoe, 100 por ciento recomendable, muy amplia, bien equipada, calefacción, en pleno Heavenly, las gondolas pasan literalmente por arriba del complejo hotelero. Satisfechos al 100%

Location was perfect. It was just across the street from Heavenly Village. Easy in/out. Parking was under a carport. The suite was just right for 3 adults and I could see where 2 couples or a family of four would be very comfortable there. Kitchen had all we needed re: silverware, dishes, glasses, paper towels, dish soap, wine opener. Good to have that full size fridge. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of space to hang clothes. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, hot tub or fitness center but all looked good. Included breakfast was fine and had good choices. Only minor issue - and we've found this to be at any condo or suite in North or South Tahoe - is the somewhat thin walls. But we're used to it. Definitely would stay here again given the great location and how comfortable we were.
