Home Away from Home -Sand Dollar 111 is a CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 111 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and cabinets...everything you need to enjoy dining at home.

Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local calls is also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom.

Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and there is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom.

During Hurricane Helene

My review is based solely on communication with the owners during hurricane Helene. We were not able to stay due to the evacuations. The ownsers were under mandatory evacuation but continued to communicate with us during their own challenges. The owners refunded our trip no questions asked. We cannot stress enough how much it meant to us that they communicated with us every single day leading up to our trip and when we canceled they were so understanding. Im so grateful to these people.. they didnt selfishly take our money and allow us to try and make the trip. They kept us safe.. Thank hou guys so much!

The condo was nice inside and clean. It was actually bigger than we thought it was. My family had a nice time at the pool and the beach.

Great for families

This is an older building but it has been really well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. They even provide dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The property is very secure and the beach is private. There was an umbrella , chairs, and beach towels for our stay which helped a lot with packing the car. This unit has a great view. Would be helpful if the light switches were labeled. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing

The property listing pictures does not do justice, the property was extremely clean and very fitting. We didnt expect to have the amount of room in the condo this unit offered based on pictures. The views from this condo where amazing. My family and i would love to stay again, we loved it so much.

We had a wonderful time! Great location! Great restaurants nearby. Everyone on site was very friendly. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean!

Great week on vacation!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Nice space and comfortable living quarters. The beach was beautiful and our girls (10 and 6) loved the pool as well. It was nice to have a few sand toys and a little cooler at the condo as well as beach towels. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. Would stay again.

Great location! Needs update and cleaning

The resort property was great! The view was spectacular and the balcony is perfect. We loved the beach location as well. Overall the rental was good but it was much dirtier than I expected. The master bathroom didn’t seem like it had had a deep clean in a long time. The shower was gross and dingy. Everything was rusted and dusty as well. We had to keep our shoes on at all times as our feet would turn black from walking around. The rugs were very dirty as well. I loved the layout and the living room and dining room was good but again the kitchen needed a good scrub. Despite all this we had a great time! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was remodelled or cleaned deeply. Kelli-Ann

Wonderful beachfront location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for sunrise walks on the beach! The owners have furnished everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The only thing we would suggest for improvement is a new shower curtain rod for the primary bathroom in order to keep the curtain closed while showering.

Wonderful Condo!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The heated pool was nice and warm and the people were friendly. The owner was very responsive to requests for info about the area and directed us to some great places! This area is between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island. We spent time at both and at John’s Pass. There was an engagement at our pier and a fisherman with a big catch right on our beach! Thanks for your hospitality! We would stay here again!

Beautiful views!

This condo is very nice & with beautiful views of the ocean, I would definitely stay here again. The pool and the jacuzzi is very nice & clean. Everything is very close to the condo, restaurants, shopping & great walks on the beach!

Very responsive staff.

When we got to the property there were a couple of minor problems. The staff jumped on them immediately. Also, everyone was so nice and the property itself is beautiful. We will be going back next year.

Fun in the sun

Took my family to the beach every day! It’s a short walk to a private beach, pool and hose off area real close! Friendly and helpful staff! Large kitchen and spacious sitting area! Super comfortable beds! I will definitely bring my family back!

Great condo

Beautiful view. Love the pier. Trolley was helpful. Condo was clean and well furnished. Beds are a little too soft but large sectional was awesome. Convenient to stairs instead of waiting on elevator. Bring your own hand and dish soap and toilet paper.

Great Vacation

Owner and property management were very easy to work with. This condo has so much space and wonderful view of the ocean! We’d definitely go back to this unit! My only complaint was hundreds of teens setting off fireworks by the pier and causing trouble/fights so I couldn’t take my little kids to beach in the evenings. We won’t go around 4th of July again. The Sand Dollar had security guards on property to keep them out. Just something for others to keep in mind if looking around 4th of July timeframe!

Great Vacation

The condo was clean and very nice. It had so many things for us to use and the access to the pool and beach was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back. We also loved how spacious it was and the view was awesome.

We have been owners at Sand Dollar since 2005 and currently own units 110 and 111. We love the area and have enjoyed spending time at the condos with family and friends over the years.
