CHIC MOUNTAIN LUXURY . . . A charming country house, a rural family adventure, a luxurious escape for friends, a cozy couples' retreat, a home from home....about an hour and a half from both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks!

A sophisticated blend of leather, wool, linen, stone, reclaimed timbers and traditional details are combined for an elegant, easy retreat. Newly completed in the summer of 2020, the four bedroom 4.5 bath boasts a gourmet kitchen with full butler pantry, open floor plan, elegantly appointed bedrooms with custom on suite bathrooms. Fold away doors in the cozy great room allow you to take in the breath taking views of the entire Teton Mountain Range while you enjoy a nespresso.

THE ROOMS-5 STAR HOTEL FEEL
The rooms are nearly as glorious as the landscape that frames them, with a luxury 5 star hotel feel. All individually inspired by the mountains and meadows of the countryside. Each bedroom has hotel style bedding, down comforters, plenty of pillows and noteworthy mattresses for a great rest. One room features flexibility for King or Twin beds, while the others are all Kings. The two upstairs bathrooms beacon you to enjoy a soak in the claw foot tub in the classical marble bathrooms. Downstairs custom tile showers and double vanities will make everyone feel like they picked the best room!

THE KITCHEN
In the summer you can stock the fridge with some of the areas best farm fresh goodies at the local farmers market then craft your own gourmet meals on the Viking stove. Prefer not to cook? We are happy to do the shopping and can even provide the private chef so all you need to do is play and relax.

MAJESTIC PLAYGROUND
Teton Valley Idaho Is a majestic playground! We love the great outdoors as much as you do. And in this stunning setting, the outdoor pursuits are a breath of fresh mountain air. World class hunting and fly fishing, clay shooting, hiking, off road adventure, hot air ballooning, equestrian and of course snorkel-worthy powder skiing all at your fingertips. With Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks nearby there are opportunities for outdoor fun and adventure for all ages.

ALL AGES WELCOME
We welcome all ages to come and stay. For our littlest guests we have a crib, high chair and all the essentials so mom can relax too. Toys, games and kid friendly movies and a teepee are available with a little notice.

This house is incredible. All 4 bedrooms are luxurious hotel rooms with master beds and baths. The views and deck are even better than the pictures. Great kitchen for cooking and all other amenities you could possibly need.

Although we didn’t get to stay at the house we booked due to an inoperable appliance, the host did accommodate our group by offering another home with the exact layout. At first we were very disappointed because we had chosen a home that would have been comfortable for 6 adults to relax in. The host understood our concern and had additional furniture placed to make our stay enjoyable. It’s not whether or not problems occur, it’s how they are dealt with when they do and our host did their best to accommodate us under the circumstances. It was a wonderful week with our friends, just like we anticipated!

Grand Tetons vacation stay

Beautiful property! The home was absolute perfection for for our vacation to the Teton area. The house has gorgeous views of the western side of the range and is surrounded on all sides by picturesque rolling grasslands. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the area - the drive to the Tetons was scenic and enjoyable. Groceries not too far away in Driggs and the huckleberry milkshakes in Victor were a nice stop on the drive over to Jackson. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in an amazing location

The property was just as advertised. Jen, the property manager was very responsive and made our stay wonderful. The view is fabulous, location is quiet, and the home was filled with lovely amenities. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pheasant House

We loved our family vacation time at Pheasant House! The views are beautiful and must be seen in person to get the true effect. The home is well laid out for large family groups. It is like staying at a 5-star hotel, but with all the luxuries of home. Jen was so helpful and attentive to all our inquiries. We hope to be back soon!

What a fabulous find. We loved the location and the spectacular views. There were so many amenities and the bathrobes were a nice touch. The house was immaculate. The host was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is exceptional!

This property is spacious enough for big family. It’s clean and bedding is comfortable. There are more than usual amenities and utensils. The views of Grand Teton mountain and the fields are priceless. The property manager and owner were both communicative. My family didn’t want to leave the house. Will definitely rent it again if we come back to the area.

Luxurious Getaway!

We were very impressed with this property and its owners/manager. Very scenic! The amenities were amazing with 2 Nespresso machines as well as a drip coffee maker, an ice maker the size of a small refrigerator, Viking and Bosch appliances, extremely comfortable beds and bedding, super absorbent bath linens, roomy showers and tubs. Close to Mesa Falls, Yellowstone, Tetons, and Jackson so we were able to get a lot of sightseeing in. Only issue we had was the locks. It took a bit for us to figure out how to lock and unlock doors. We really enjoyed our evenings out on the deck overlooking the river. And, even though construction was going on next door, you could barely hear it inside the house. Loved our stay! Thank you Jennifer & Elin!!!

Beautiful views and charming house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Jen was very responsive. We had a couple of little issues and she did her best to resolve them. The layout was great. The kitchen and butler pantry were amazing. Loved having 2 dishwashers. Only negative was there is another amazing home being built right next to this one. Workers were there bright and early but respectful and not too loud. The pic of the house made us think it was more secluded and I’m sure at the time of the pic, it was. Not a big deal, but wanting others to know this If it matters. The best part we’re the views. Only have seating for 6 on deck, could definitely use more seating options as it’s such a great spot. Overall, the 4 couples had a blast. Went to Jackson several days. Allow for an hour or travel time but easy enough.

Beautiful home, amazing hospitality

From check in to check out, our extended family enjoyed every moment of our time in this home. The incredible views steal the show, but the care put in to every detail—including beautiful interiors, room to relax, comfortable furnishings, and proximity to parks—make this home one of the best we’ve ever visited. Especially thoughtful details for our young children, which was very appreciated by them (and us)! We can’t wait to return and enjoy our morning coffee on the back porch!

Spectacular stay!

There’s absolutely no way there’s a better view of the Grand Tetons than from this home. Everything was first class. I hope we are able to return one day. My husband said he would do the dishes forever with the view from the kitchen sink! It’s just stunning!

Great Spot near the Tetons’

Jennifer’s house in Tetonia is a great spot located close enough to activities but away from the crowds. We had everything we needed to cook meals and the beds were super comfortable. The views of the Tetons from the kitchen and living room are spectacular! Jennifer is great with communication and the house guide made it easy to figure out the house and fun things to do in the area.

Wonderful experience

We brought our adult son and granddaughter to spend a week near the Tetons snd Yellowstone. We loved every minute and found the home to be a relaxing haven after busy days in the national parks. It is remote but well worth the extra driving to be in such peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The home is tastefully appointed and the owners responses promptly to our questions. 5 stars !

Family get-away

This is a BEAUTIFUL home with a priceless view! The space provided both private areas for each of the families while the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable. The owners were responsive and helpful in many ways. We would definitely come back!!!

Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood

Our family spent the week hiking, biking and enjoying family meals together at the house and at local restaurants. The views of the Tetons and the River were amazing. The house was clean and had all the comforts we enjoy. Thank you!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. It's relatively remote which is a nice change from the bustle of Jackson. The place was immaculate upon arrival, my wife enjoyed the high end amenities and communication with the owners was excellent. When we return to the area I know exactly where we will be staying!

Beautiful and spacious home

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was nicely decorated, clean, and spacious. It was nice that there were 4 MBRs. It gave everyone space. The outside patio deck was an added bonus with a beautiful view. Jen and Lars were excellent hosts too. They addressed any of our needs promptly.

Best view in the valley, amazing home

This property is special and the owners were amazing to work with. The perspective over the valley from this location is breathtaking. It's just up the road from a designated scenic overlook. My family was spoiled and I felt good for making the right decision. The home is new and no detail if overlooked.

Awesome House and Amazing Location!

We cannot say enough about what an amazing house this is! It was absolutely perfect for our family! Being a VRBO owner I know the importance of many attributes of a comfortable home when traveling and the Magnusson's accomplished all of them! This house is excellent and the hosts were awesome! We completed construction on Pheasant House in the Summer of 2020. Since 2015 we have called River Rim Ranch our home. We still find ourselves running outside with a camera to capture the breathtaking sunset, or pausing at the gate to take in the majesty. Our kids have many firsts in this neighborhood, from words and steps to bike rides.

We are entrepreneurs, founding and pursuing our business in Teton Valley since 2008. Unique in North America, Blixt & Co produces game a clay shooting in classic English style and methods, attracting visitors from around the country. You will certainly notice the hunting and wing shooting themes throughout our home, from artwork to magazines. We are happy to share a range of activities available for those of interest. One thing you will certainly notice is the room names. They are all named for our family dogs and includes a little story about our furry family members.
