Clean rooms, it’s a basement of an older home so remember that is why it’s at a great price per night. Nicely decorated and refurbished. Mattresses could use some updating, but were comfy. Would stay there again!

It would have been helpful to know in the first paragraph of the listing that it was a basement apartment and not easily accessible for some who have mobility issues.

No drinking water was provided. The sheets smelled, and the carpet was so dirty.

Hello, I’m so sorry that you had concerns during your stay. The water from the tap is drinkable as is the norm for any city water in Oregon. My linens are cleaned using detergent and bleach after every reservation, so I’m surprised to hear that you thought there was an odor. The carpet is also vacuumed after each guest.
