This is a beautiful cabin, we had a great time in seldovia fishing for halibut. Limiting out 2 days in a row. All the beds are very comfortable and the cabin itself is clean. Just outside of town so it’s an easy golfcart ride.

We loved it!

We have told everyone we know about this stay. We had family visiting from out of state and this was the highlight of their entire trip. Beautiful, quiet, relaxing, well managed, and so peaceful.

Alaskan Oasis

Rocky Ridge is beautifully maintained and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Private location, every convenience has been thought of and accomodated. The home is just spectacular.

Beautiful Property

We cannot say enough about how beautiful this property is. The pictures do not do it justice. This home has everything you need and the owner is very responsive to questions during your stay.

Beautiful home. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had an amazing stay. Thank you for the small touches in your home. Owners were fast to respond. Thank you for the bottle of wine and chocolate meant so much.

Loved it! The home was beautiful as always. Bear came through the yard that we watched from the many big windows. Caught lots of Halibut, saw orcas and humpback whales and the kids loved walking to town to play at the playground. We’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s always perfect. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Rocky Ridge Retreat

Rocky Ridge Retreat is a stunning home in a tranquil setting. Our party throughly enjoyed the comforts of this spacious home while visiting Seldovia. The home is within walking distance of town yet located in a very private setting along Rocky Ridge. It's very evident the property manager takes great pride in this home. I'd highly staying at Rocky Ridge Retreat.

Great Halibut Trip!

We stayed for a long weekend with family from out of town and loved every minute of our stay. The house and property were beautiful. The kids loved the fire pit, the big lawn, the Rocky Ridge hike, the short walk to town (aka ice cream and the playground!) and all of the board games provided. The house is beautiful and well stocked. All instructions and communication was easy and the internet (hard to come by in Seldovia) was amazing. Very comfortable. Short boat ride to some truly amazing fishing! We will be back! Thanks Nick and Jess!

This place was spectacular! Very clean updated home with top notch customer service and hospitality! Saw all kinds of wildlife on and off the property and enjoyed the local hikes and cuisine! 10/10 would recommend

Amazing Place!

We had such a wonderful time at Rocky Ridge Retreat! It was a relaxing and peaceful place with beautiful views. From forest hikes to beach walks, lounging in the sun on the deck to sipping wine by the campfire, our time was inspiring and rejuvenating. Jes and Nick provided so many amenities and their amazing place in the cute and quaint town of Seldovia was the ideal spot for our getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

A Mansion in the Forest With Absolutely Everything!

The communication with the owners, incredible, the property, beautiful, the home itself, an absolute miracle in a land of astounding beauty! The entire house is so well stocked with stuff you might need and lots more just to make life luxury out in Seldovia! Easy access to everywhere in town, and as a wildlife and nature photographer, I can attest to the incredible surrounding landscapes and wildlife! I will never stay anywhere else whenever I'm in town, worth every penny!! This place and the owners rock!!

Beautiful house is a great location!

We had the BEST stay! The house was clean and beautiful. I little bit of a walk to town but we did it every day and loved it. Worth the walk for the serene location.

Beautiful Home in Seldovia

Absolutely beautiful home with all the amenities you could want. Incredibly clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and secluded yet close to town. Everything we needed - would stay again for sure.

Great nine days

Property was remote but walking distance to village. Superb home. Ideal for bear watching, berry picking, hiking and biking.

Seldovia on 4th of July is place to be

Awesome house. Review transportation costs between Homer and Seldovia before trip. Our ferry cost was near $400 for round-trip for five people. Look into flights between homer and seldovia. Transportation between dock and home is another variable. The local cab was inexpensive but a golf cart would have been spectacular. We looked into renting one but the rate was near $150 for two days and decided to walk and ride bikes provided instead. Seldovia is a beautiful Alaskan town.

Family/friends getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. You have thought of everything! The kitchen is better equipped than my own. The beds were extremely comfortable and our crew all were very happy with our whole trip. Thank you very much for sharing your getaway home with others!
