Alex was a very helpful host and we appreciated his suggestions for a driver, private chef, etc. The house is beautiful and in a great location. Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation and hope to return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a little further away from the town of Cabarete than I expected but it was a very short drive (just a little too far to walk). But it was also nice to be within walking distance to playa Encuentro for surfing. The house had everything we needed for cooking and was a great place to relax. The 24 hour security made us feel very safe which we appreciated. There was an issue with the power going out on our last night which was a little frustrating but it came back on after a few hours. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend this villa.

A KiteBoarders Dreamhome

Beautifully located home between Cabarate Kite and Sosua Surf. We were able to walk to both. The Home is private and safe and and plenty of room to host multiple families. The air conditioning was a wonderful surprise in each of the bedrooms.

Stephanie and her family are really nice and kind people. It was easy to communicate, they were respectful to the space. I would definitely recommend to all hosts.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful house with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The main part of the house is not air-conditioned, but double sliding doors allow you to open everything up to enjoy the ocean breeze. There was a bit of a drop-off to the beach itself, but there was a gorgeous pool right outside our door; that's where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and secure in our: "compound" with round-the-clock security guards, along with someone to take care of the property. There was maid service available when we needed it, and they frequently brought us clean towels. Although the cooks were additional, they were well worth it, and they did it all, from the shopping to the cooking to the cleanup. It was fantastic, and my entire family decided that we should always have a "staff" for our vacations, especially the cooks. The only drawback was that we really couldn't walk to anything (we had 2 small children with us) and had to hire a ride if we wanted to go anywherew - but that was a slight inconvenience compared to what an overall fabulous place this was. We all hated when our time was up and we had to leave.

Incredible beachfront property with attentive staff and trusted vendors

Stayed at the villa with my girlfriend and 4 other couples totaling 10 people. Everyone’s accommodations were comfortable and the design and location were great. We felt secure in the property given the armed security, gate and multiple locks and safes. The owners had trusted vendors for us to work with including private chefs, airport transfers, and several partners for excursions including an ATV tour, sportsfishing, surfing and masseuses. 10/10 would stay here again.

Paradise on the Beach

The property is absolutely amazing! It is super clean and very spacious. We did not have any problems during our stay. The outside was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 4 children. Everybody in our party was very happy with the house and the accommodations. Alex was available for any questions and helped us arrange transportation when needed. We would stay at this property again.

Traumhafte Einsamkeit

Die Anlage ist zauberhaft gelegen an einem einsamen traumhaften und vom Eigentümer gepflegten Sandstrand, der Garten ist im großartigen Zustand und wenn man den Gärtner freundlich fragt, haut er einem mit seiner Machete eine Kokosnuss auf aus der man das Kokoswasser trinken kann. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Bäder ausgesprochen chic, alles sehr großzügig. Allein bei voller Besetzung würde wohl das Geschirr nicht reichen. Der Eigentümer und seine Frau wohnen im Haus neben an, er steht für einen kurzen Plausch oder Nachfragen zur Verfügung. Ins quirlig beliebte Carbarete läuft man am Strand entlang 1 Stunde. Dort bieten angenehme Bars und Restaurant eine schöne Abwechslung, bestuhlt ist direkt auf dem Sandstrand.
