Best vacation ever!

We loved every minute of our stay. Edgardo was absolutely incredible!! He made our vacation the best ever! The house was gorgeous, the views were perfect! I would give this house and Edgardo 10 out of 10 stars!!

Casa Celestial

We couldn't have been any more pleased with our stay at this property. The house is beautiful and the views from every angle were absolutely spectacular. Edguardo, the property manager was amazing & helpful in every way. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing Property!

This week has been the best start to the New Year! It's been incredible staying here and experiencing everything that Costa Rica has to offer! The house is amazing, but the week Edgardo gave us was beyond anything else! We got to see and do everything we dreamed about and more! A trip of a lifetime with service beyond measure! Hope to be back soon!

AMAZING!

Hard to put into words. House was absolutely amazing! View is spectacular! Edguardo made our stay the best experience I have ever had. Anything we needed, he was there. Will definitely be coming back.

Great stay, great people

Came on a family trip, my father, my brother, our spouses. Wonderful stay. INCREDIBLE views from this property. House manager, Edguardo is the absolute best! Completely took care of us and set us up with the most amazing activities. Massages at the house, zip lining, dinner at the house. Everything was wonderful. We cannot thank him enough! And a big thank you to the property owners for letting us enjoy their home!

Beautiful property

The property and views were excellent. There was plenty of room, the patio and grounds were beautiful. The kitchen and outdoor grilling areas were in great shape and well stocked. Special thanks to Edgardo for all the communication and help before and during our stay. Edgardo arranged for two private chefs to make a wonderful dinner for us one evening at the casa that was a highlight of our trip. The scarlet macaws flying by during the mornings and evenings were a treat too. A beautiful place.

Breathe taking location.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in was a issue as we were informed at arrival to wait at the gate because the cleaning crew was still working. It was after 3pm and it was over 90 degrees. We were told later that the washing machine was having issues but we could see the staff vacuuming from the window. For some reason we couldn't get a extra set of bed linen for the house even though i asked the concierge over three times. Overall our trip was outstanding!

Just WOW!

No need to look any further. This is the property to rent! What a beautiful home with stunning views and in a great location. Our group of 8 adults had the best time and honestly wanted to spend most of our time at the house. Very spacious and equipped with everything you’ll need. The host, Edgardo, is one of the best guys you’ll ever meet! He took care of everything for us from grocery shopping and ordering takeout, to planning all of our excursions, and so much more! We had a private chef come to the house for 2 meals, and wow, I cannot recommend this enough! The food and staff were all amazing. The house is close to many shops and restaurants, and expect an impressive trek up the mountain to the home’s entrance. We will certainly be back, there is nowhere else we would rather be! Thank you, again to Larisa and Edgardo for the best hospitality!

Amazing Week!!

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything was perfect and accessible. The house concierge Edguardo made every process seamless. He helped us plan activities, such as a fishing trip, which was wonderful. The pool is amazing in every sense of the word the views are spectacular. I found the location to be quite nice easy to access little towns. Should you need to go for groceries or amenities. We did have the power go out one night for a few hours to no fault of the owners. They had a box of candles and we hung out and played cards. Not a big deal at all. I definitely hope to return to this property one day and make more memories. Also, the wildlife is amazing including the house iguana. We called Pablo.

Casa Celestial was Wonderful

This home is updated, well kept, and has such stunning views. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean. Sunsets are amazing! Two large bathrooms and two additional rooms with adjacent baths were well decorated and accessorized. Decor was well thought out and furnishings are nice. The property has such wonderful views. We enjoyed breakfast, pool time, and just sitting out watching flora and fauna. We had regular visits by the humming birds as well as the local iguana. grounds are well manicured and nicely laid out Kitchen is ready for your meal prep and stocked with equipment. There is a nice outdoor grill with large burner, sink, and a refrigerator. Edgardo is the property mgr and was very helpful and quick to respond. He offered some great tips about the Jaco area including options for tours, massages, and dining! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Casa Celestial made it like a home away from home!

Christmas with our family

Just spent the Christmas holiday with our family of 7 adults, it was wonderful! Larissa the owner was responsive at the time of booking, Edgardo the house manager took over and was absolutely fantastic!!! He made all of our excursions (zip lining, boat rental to Tortuga island, private chef to cook our meals, drivers, restaurant reservations ) the chef cooking for us at the house was the best. Edgardo hired us a driver/van from the airport to the house, we were picked up for the excursions and restaurants, we did not rent a car. The house is at the top of a steep hill, pretty secluded from anything. We were there for 6 nights, there was one maid service during our stay which was nice, bugs get in the house and she washed all the towels. Edgardo brought us pizza one night, brought us random groceries when we ran out, he truly was the best part of our trip. My suggestion to anyone staying here, is bring plenty of cash, they all accept American dollars but not credit cards, we had to go quite a ways to an ATM to pay for the groceries, tips etc.. The house is beautiful, great view, lots of birds , we wanted to be away from people so it was perfect Would absolutely go back The Rotz Family

Amazing vacation!

This property was amazing. The view is beyone amazing and the casa was so nice and clean. Chris was so good to help us with the reservation and suggestions for what to do. He spent a lot of time answering my questions. He kept in close contact making sure we were prepared for the trip. Maria met us at the gate and was there for us whenever we needed her. Edguardo was so very good to help us find things to do and make reservations for us. He helped us know what to expect with each activity. The road to the casa was steep and we had a lot of people in our car but we made it to the top without any problem. My husband commented on how much he enjoyed the road. It added to the adventure. The location was great and not too far from everything. The only problem we had was the electricity in the house kept going out on us in the evenings. Everyone worked hard to get it resolved which we appreciate. While there we enjoyed the beaches, the canopy tour, eating with the locals, snorkeling, boat rides, and hiking the waterfalls and Manuel Antonia National Park. We used colones for the toll roads and some of the shops but most places like the grocery stores took American dollars or credit card. The locals are so friendly and make you feel welcome. We always felt safe. I would recommend staying here. We loved the time we spent in Costa Rica!

The house is amazing, the view is spectacular. We spent most of our trip on the patio and in the pool because the views were amazing.There were a few friendly iguanas on property that liked to hang around when we were outside. Some things need maintenance (like any place), but nothing major. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing. It wasn't comfortable, but the other beds were good. Bring your own shampoo since they only provide small sample size bottles. Maybe we just needed to ask for more shampoo on the first day...Some commented on the drive up to the house was steep. It is the steepest road I've ever driven up, but it is paved and well maintained.Edguardo was great and helped arrange a reasonably priced private chef to come make us dinner one evening. The food was awesome.Something to note: bring bottled water. You can drink from the fridge water since it's filtered, but if the power goes out, water does not work (ie: toilets, sinks, shower, etc...).I would gladly come back to stay again at this house!

A dream come true

Casa Celestial was better than the photos and my imagination! Absolutely stunning property on top of the hill, incredible views, clean and updated home, drool-worthy infinity pool, and a deck made for your lounging or workout needs! The location is perfect if you have a rental car. Drive to Jaco within 20 minutes. Playa Mantas was one of our favorite beaches, about 20 minutes from the house. There was a group of 8 adults ranging from 25-30 years old, perfect house for us. Edguardo was fantastic! He helped us with so much from finding groceries to booking excursions. Book the trip to Tortuga Isle if you can! Again, the photos don't do the property justice. This house is 10/10. Don't hesitate!

A perfect getaway!

Casa Celestial is truly a wonderful place to stay in Costa Rica. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house and the views are. The house itself is well appointed and we had everything we needed for the duration of our visit. It feels very secluded but is in a great location just a few minutes from grocery stores and restaurants and is situated well for day trips to other sights in Costa Rica. Edgardo and Yuri were so kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire trip and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and hope to be back again. Can't recommend Casa Celestial highly enough!

Truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

Words and pictures can't adequately convey how stunning this home is. Our group of friends has stayed in many houses over the years, but Casa Celestial felt like home. Every amenity that you could possibly need is provided. The view and the sunsets were gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the birds and other wildlife. A beautiful pair of macaws could frequently be found in a tree outside my bedroom window. Edgardo provided outstanding service. I'm a planner, so I worked with him in advance on the various activities the group wanted to do. He arranged for all of our tours, which were private, and ensured we had the very best guides. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and met our expectations. It's obvious that he cares about his guests and wants everyone to enjoy their stay. He is sincere, thoughtful, patient and wonderful to work with. Edgardo also arranged for Marco and Ana to provide fabulous meals for us. They were very careful to ensure there was something for everyone, while giving us an opportunity to try traditional Costa Rican dishes. We dined like kings and queens every day. Although we didn't see Yuri as often, she was working very hard behind the scenes to ensure the house was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. If this review sounds "over-the-top", it's because our stay was truly wonderful. Thank you, Larisa, Edgardo, Yuri, Ana and Marco for providing us with a fabulous experience.

Casa Celestial is Heavenly!

Casa Celestial was everything it claimed to be and more! The location and view were perfect, the beds were great and Edguardo was beyond amazing! There are plenty of things to do and see in the area; visiting Isla Tortuga was a highlight for us!! Check-in was easy and communication was 110% ! I would come back here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others!

AMAZING STAY

Words cannot even begin to describe our wonderful stay was at this house. Larisa, the owner, was amazing to communicate with from day one. She worked hard to graciously accommodate a change in our travel dates, due to COVID, which was so appreciated! Before even arriving, Edgardo, the house concierge, worked to arrange safe and beautiful activities, as we requested them. This included zip lining , waterfall repelling, snorkeling, beach time, deep sea fishing, shopping and in home massages. He arranged for our shuttle transfers and our rental car (you will need 4x4 for the steep climb to the house), so that we didn’t have to worry about safety or validity of those services. As requested, Edgardo arranged for private in-home chefs (Randall and Marcos) who prepared wonderful meals…with the view from the house, there is no need to go out to eat, as there is no better location or food! Edgardo worked hard to ensure we had the perfect stay in Costa Rica. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not even begin to display it’s beauty and view…we were mind-blown to be in such a beautiful, soulful location every single day! The view from the house and the tranquility it provided was unparalleled by anything any of us had ever experienced. We spent a great deal of time on the relaxing decks and in the infinity pool, enjoying the tranquility and peace of the location. We loved watching the lizards, iguanas, birds, and other animals native to the area. Yuri, the house manager, ensured the house was spotless and that we had everything needed for a comfortable experience. We will definitely return and stay here again! When we left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends we have had forever! We cannot wait to return to the house and people soon!

Living in the clouds

We didn't have words for the home as soon as we walked in. My husband and I would pick a different spot to have coffee every morning and we never we disappointed. My parents and son loved every moment spent here, that goes to show that this house provides everything for everyone. We will be back.

Family vacation

House was very nice get a 4x4 vehicle to go up the hill. We enjoyed our stay in the house the only thing I didn’t like was the extra charge per person. But besides that we would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it. Both managers in charge of the property are really nice and helpful

The posted photos do not do this villa justice. Both the villa and views are stunning

This villa was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples. We spent most of our time In or around the pool taking in the amazing view. The villa is clean and comfortable and that pool..... The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked amazing meals on the bbq watching the sun set. The road up to the villa is VERY steep so a car is necessary (it does not have to be 4 wheel drive). Groceries fresh fruit and veg and the fish market are a 5 min drive and beach 10-15. Best place to get groceries is in tarcoles of maxi Pali In jaco. There are lots of great little restaurants all within a 15 min drive. The villas and this area are perfect for a relaxing vacation as it is a little remote. I have already recommended this villa to friends.

Million dollar view!

If you are looking for a place to take away stress, this is the place for you. The house was a perfect get away for 4 couples It was spacious enough inside and out to have alone time and together time. The pool was refreshing and it was wonderful to just be in it and see the spectacular view. Both the owner, Chris and the house manager, Maria, kept in contact with us to make sure our experience was good. We all agreed we would highly recommend Casa Celestial!
