Within the "Gîtes Les Fleuries", this pretty mini-house in cobble, called L'Atelier, has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime..., which brings a quality of well-being, a feeling of cocoon to its inhabitants.<br>This ecological place (old farmhouse) is being rehabilitated into gîtes, nature spirit, in respect of the old buildings.<br><br>The "Gîtes Les Fleuries" welcome you all year round.<br><br>The cottage is not intended for parties or parties.<br>It is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. <br>This accommodations are not suitable for people with motor difficulties, <br>Access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a 50cm wide miller's ladder, moreover the bed is under the slope of the roof.<br><br>Capacity: 2 people<br><br>The accommodation includes:<br>- on the first floor, a living room of 14m2 with<br>- Kitchen area with oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster...,<br>- a dining area with a table area, a sofa, a wood stove<br>- a bathroom (shower) with toilet,<br><br>- On the mezzanine under the sloping ceiling, a king size bed 180x200 (2x90x200)<br><br>Brand new bedding.<br>Heating with a wood stove.<br>Toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, garbage bags are also provided for the start of your stay.<br><br>Supplement for bed linen (organic cotton) of 5 euros per person and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower sheet) per person.<br>Cleaning kit available. If you prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 30 euros per stay. <br><br>In an independent room on the first floor, a laundry room common to the cottages with washing machine, drying racks, and freezer are at your disposal.<br><br>A deposit cheque of 300 euros will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and returned on departure if no damage is found.<br><br>Wifi access. Cobblestone houses have thick walls and sometimes let the telephone network pass through randomly. <br><br>At your disposal, a terrace with garden tables and chairs, barbecue. The rest of the garden, in motion, wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for the cottages, however everyone can find their intimate space in its many corners. Swing, various games for children and adults, bicycle shelters, motorcycles, and parking are at your disposal.<br><br>I offer sculpting/clay modeling workshops every Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. I assist you in the expression of your creativity and the realization of your work, which you can take home.
