Private Studio, own entry, kitchenette, full bath.

Fully renovated and convertible garage into a cozy and comfortable studio for 2 people in a queen bed. Also, guests have a separate and private entrance to the place with self check in. Our studio Is 20min to the strip and 10min to the Speedway. Shopping centers and restaurants are pretty close by as well. It has a full bath, a kitchenette, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2-burner electric cooktop, full cookware, and all the basic things to cook your food. Access fo WIFI, and a Smart TV with Prime, Disney, Netflix and other free channels. Behind the small fridge, there is a door that leads to the main house’s laundry. That door is always locked for privacy. . We lrespect your privacy, but If you need further assistance, we are a message away.

This is a great place and pretty central to downtown Vegas as well as the Vegas speedway. The whole rental, check in and out process was very easy.

It's a great little spot. We got so lucky to find it. It ended up being 6 mins from my families' house. It is very cozy. Perfect for a single or couple. The only negative is the bed is just a stiff piece of memory foam on a box spring and a wooden plank. Not good for long term sleeping, but a quick weekend, it's perfect.

Super cute and quiet home away from home on a cul-de-sac. It’s clean and provides everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and can easily get to the freeway, gas or food. Far enough from the strip but also close enough. The host was very responsive, attentive and communicative. I never had to wait long for a response. Water gets hot, ac works well and WiFi easily accessible. I’d stay here again for sure.

Perfect location and perfect size. Was on a golf trip and it was only 20 minutes to the resort. Everything was perfect for what I needed and was able to watch a series that I wanted to see. Very quiet and relaxing!

Excellent stay. Everything about the studio is accurately described -- it is clean, quiet, and perfectly sized for one or two people. If I need to stay in this area of Las Vegas again, I'll stay here.

This was perfect. Exactly what my wife and I were looking for. The value was incredible for what we rented. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The water is hot is with great pressure. The amenities include a kitchen with every utensil you could need. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were available as well as some lotion. The check in process was simple and seamless and the Host had excellent communication. This is a Five Star stay in my opinion and will be my go to stay in I'm ever in Vegas again.

Wedding Staycation

Our experience with the VRBO listing was nicer than I expected; it was our first time using VRBO and it was close to restaurants, shopping and in a nice neighborhood! We would highly recommend this location for your Las Vegas experience!
