The house was super cute and very clean! It was just as pictured. We loved it and really enjoyed our stay! Blake was so kind and easy to work with. The air conditioner was not working on arrival. We discovered it later and when I contacted Blake, he was very quick to reply and send help. The HVAC company was there first thing in the morning and got it working again. Thank you so much!

Place was clean. It was exactly what was described. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom was so convenient for our family. It was very easy excess to Gaithersburg and sevierville.

Fantastic place to stay. Very quiet, close to parkway, clean, comfortable beds. Communication with Blake was great. Highly recommend.

The host was very responsive. We had a misunderstanding of the check out time and Blake was very very understanding. The house location is great for visiting the Great Smokey Mountains National Park or sites in Pigeon Forge. It’s on a quiet street just a few blocks from the main strip. It took only minutes to get to the shows, restaurants and the park. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The place was very clean. The cottage is close to everything we wanted to visit. There weren’t many people visiting this time of year, which we found nice.

Beautiful home at a great location!! We had a blast during our visit to Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. Blake was a great host and provided all the needed information.

Everything was as described and beyond everything you could hope for. Fantastic experience and first time staying at a vrbo place. Usually get a cabin but will not from now on. Vrbo is the way to go. Thank you very much Blake for your conversations while we were visiting.

This cottage has it all and then some. 3 bedrooms and they all have their own bathroom. Top of the line appliances and extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you need. The location is ideal and close to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions. Blake is an amazing host and very responsive. Highly recommended!
