Long Pond Lodge Brantingham

Newly built 3 story camp with rustic charm. Long Pond Lodge features 3 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3 bathrooms, 3rd floor kitchen, family room, laundry room, outdoor eating/grilling area, fire pit, foosball, air hockey and is located on long pond with a dock with slide included.
Situated on peaceful, un-motorized Long Pond with sandy beach waterfront. Lodge overlooks both Long Pond and Brantingham Lake. Rental includes rights to Brantingham Lake boat launch which is just a short walk down the road. Lodge features window AC in the summer, radiant floor heating, on demand hot water boiler system and a beautiful handcrafted staircase created by local artisans.
Blankets and quilts included. Linens (sheets) available for additional fee. There are 8 house towels for inside only and a washer and dryer if needed.. Don't forget your beach towels to soak up the sun and enjoy the kayaks, paddleboard and swimming.

Fun weekend getaway

Very much enjoyed the stay. The place was very clean and had everything needed. My only issue is we are getting older and the stairs were alot by the end. Good exercise though ! Landlords are super friendly

Guys Weekend

The lodge was awesome, beautiful and clean. It was a great place to spend a weekend with friends. We enjoyed the private backyard and fire pit and had a great time exploring the lake on the pontoon boat

Wonderful week. Lots of nature to explore in the area. House was very clean. Fire pit and pond area were great. Kids loved the games in the garage.

Amazing cabin in the woods....

We had an amazing time! Loved the lake, nice and private! Kayaked daily, played in the sand, bonfires, playing cards at the awesome kitchen table. Loved every minute!!

A hidden gem!

Beautiful property on a quiet pond. Well equipped with kayaks and paddle boards for all of our kids. You can't beat the view. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our 3 generation family had a wonderful week at the camp. EVERYTHING we could want was provided and the property was clean, updated, and well maintained. Communication was prompt and thorough.

Perfect Lake Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property, we rode ATV’s right from the house, went on a day trip to the water park in Old Forge, spent an afternoon at the rock slides, and relaxed with swims in the pond and evening campfires. The house came perfectly equipped and the location is great. Our family had a great stay. Thank you

Bachelorette weekend

House was great! Communication with the owner was convenient! House was clean! Very spacious kitchen and dining for large parties. Beds were neat and comfy! Air conditioning in every bedroom. There were games, bikes and water activities for us to use. Overall perfect location and awesome house!

Summer vacation

This was a great vacation had by all. The property was beautiful and well kept. The house had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Everyone in our party was very pleased with everything. The pontoon boat was great. There was lots of fishing, kayaking and swimming. Pam was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Charming, hospitable truly Adirondack experience

Clean, well-kept, not dated, comfortable beds, huge family table for very busy 3 family “cousins week” of 4 kids age 3- 5 and 6 exhausted parents/grandparents! Pond is sandy, not weedy, and boat rental is directly across a not busy road. One caution if stairs are problematic for a guest, 2 flights to kitchen hub and 2 of the bedrooms can become a challenge. Host very accomodating and responsive!

Absolutely wonderful experience

Pam, I have rented quite a few vacation homes and yours is in the top 3 rentals ever. We had such an excellent time and appreciated having the use of the kayaks and bikes and the fire pit. The house is beautiful and your communication and generosity with your beautiful property made our experience absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much. We loved the eclipse even though the clouds moved in just before. It was still a vacation we will always remember!

Perfect Adirondack Getaway

You know how they joke that vacationing with little kids is just like parenting at home, but with a better view? In this case, not only was the view amazing (you can see both lakes from the house), but the property is great for kids! The little beach was just right for them to swim and test out kayaking. When we would get tired of swimming, foosball and air hockey were quite a hit. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking away from home. We enjoyed nightly campfires, hiking nearby, and look forward visiting again!

Great location

The house was beautiful and fit our families well. The one downside is the fact that the living room is on the bottom level, the master bedroom / bath and another full bath is on the second level and the kitchen, 1/2 bath and 2 bedrooms were on the top level. Not good for someone who has trouble with stairs. It was good exercise for us! We had the pond to ourselves and was very peaceful. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing were fun. The lake across the street is fun especially if you rent a boat or jet ski.

Little slice of heaven

This house was perfect in many ways! 1.The pond was great to swim and had a beautiful walk down to it. 2. Games in the garage was quite entertaining for the little ones. 3. The location was quite and peaceful. 4. The house had all the amenities one would need. Pam, the host was responsive to any questions! A side note, if you do have littles, about 5 and under the house can be tricky. The stairs might not be suitable but there is a gate at the top!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

I booked this property well in advance and the entire process was very smooth and stress free. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions so fast. The description of the place online was very detailed and accurate. It’s such a beautiful house-very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, the dining room table is huge and wonderful to fit around with all of your guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. I highly recommend this home-it’s great having the game room downstairs with quick easy access to the fire pit and the water. One thing to just be aware of is it is 3 levels so there are 2 flights of stairs which can be difficult for some-wasn’t an issue for us just good to know. Great place! I recommend!

Excellent Rental, Fantastic Vacation

We found the rental to be immaculate and tastefully decorated with Adirondack decor. Our grandsons, 14 and 11, had a wonderful time. The fishing in the pond is great and they caught a lot of bass. It was especially nice for them since several kayaks were available to them. Having the freedom to go out on the pond, knowing there were no motor boats was a hit. Renters should be aware of the layout - three stories, with the kitchen/dining area on the third floor is a lot if you have issues. Also, the linen package includes all bedding, but not enough towels for everyone, and we only had eight people. The house sleeps 12. Overall, this rental is wonderful.

We chose this property for it's beauty and tranquility. The previous owner, Jeff Petroski, is a custom home builder with an eye for detail. Jeff is a Brantingham resident with over 50 homes built to date-ours included. Jeff used his knowledge, experience, and love of the Adirondacks to build a custom camp that would provide the best renter experience possible. Jeff also rents a pontoon boat at an additional fee for daily or weekly rental during your stay.
