Great place for a couple

We loved staying at this carriage house. Tom was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect for us. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. I highly recommend and would like to rent again.

Perfect stay in watercolor

Cannot recommend this house enough!!! It was truly perfect. The house came with the best accommodations and Tom was a great host. We are eager to come back soon!

Best carriage house in Watercolor!

This is our second time coming to this precious carriage house! It has all you need and is very nice and comfortable. We love the location being next to camp watercolor! Tom is very accommodating and attentive. We love coming here and we look forward to staying here again soon.

Wonderful spot in the best family friendly community. Beautiful amenities in carriage home and community. A bit crowded-but it was spring break season! Great time with many of our home town friends that also traveled down to seaside.

A perfect little getaway cottage at the beach! We loved using the bikes that were provided to get around and enjoyed all the pool and beach access. Tom was a wonderful host and so helpful! This was our first time to Watercolor and we definitely will be back!! Thank you!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Watercolor and were very pleased with the accommodations. The place was clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two bikes that were available for our use. Would highly recommend and look forward to a visit in the future.

A short vacation stay with my son and his family and friends staying at a house close by.

Superb location close to everything. Great for one or two people who don’t plan on spending time inside but outside in the spectacular Watercolors amenities. Comfortable bed wonderful shower, nice comfortable sofa and table and chairs. A short one and a half block walk to ample parking.

Great getaway for a couple

Perfect spot for a couple. Great size space for a couple, with king size bed, living room area, and kitchenette. Plenty of towels, which was so helpful for our longer stay. Parking is close by, but not right on site. Bikes could use updating, as unable to adjust due to salt air/age. Otherwise, fantastic place! (Golf cart rentals are now also available thru a specific company—ask about this. We were not aware of this change in Watercolor.)

Great place!

We stayed here over spring break. Perfect place for a couple. It is a very comfortable space. Tom was a very gracious host.....we even added an extra night! We stayed for a total of 6 nights and this carriage house really has everything you need. The bikes included worked well and we rode them everywhere. Only used our car three times the entire stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Watercolor Experience

This Watercolor property was a nice size for my husband and I to stay in. The location was great—walking distance to Watercolor camp. The owner’s communication was very timely.
