Our two-bedroom (sleeps 6) accommodates 6 guests comfortably. This gem of a vacation home gives you all the space and comfort you desire. Entertain guests at your elegant dining room table or in your comfortable living room. Enjoy tiled floors throughout the villa and a large, flat screen TV in every room. There’s room to spare with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa. A jetted tub and large vanity add to your luxury experience. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer and dryer, and other appliances give the feeling and convenience of being right at home. Please note: Actual room features may vary from those pictured here as renovations throughout this resort are ongoing to provide our guests with updated furnishings, amenities and decor.

Amenities: 6 heated pools, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, miniature golf, water park with zip lining, movie theater, rec center, fishing, jet ski/boat rentals, fitness center, daily activities, pool bars, restaurants, complimentary shuttle to Disney and Universal.(Please note: Photos are representations of the units provided and the actual unit is assigned by the resort at check-in.)

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed the property and all the amenities. The shuttle to the theme parks were great for saving on the parking costs. We definitely would stay here again.

The location is excellent for Disney and Universal. There is a Walmart and Publix extremely close by for all shopping needs. I will definitely stay here next year. I will recommend to all my friends for sure..

Summer Bay Resort

My wife and I stayed in a 2BR, 2 Bath unit. It is a gated community and very quiet. There is a Denny's near the entrance, which is convenient. We ate twice at the pizza restaurant, located in the clubhouse. It was handy and the people were nice.

Clean and convenient

Clean property. Was great to have a kitchen available so we didn’t have to go to a restaurant for every meal. Property had a lot of activities to offer.

The Kings

The condo was clean and well kept. Two of my grandchildren came to visit during the day and had a great time at the splash pad. A great trip! We would definitely stay again!

Just ok

Property smelled like cats. When I took my 10/11 yr. old girls to the on site mini golf area, there were 5 drunk men who were cussing up a storm and being rude and obnoxiously loud- not appropriate- left beer bottles all over the mini golf area. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Carpets felt dirty and sticky. The area didn't feel safe. The book in the room featuring amenities was not updated, with open, closing and delivery times of restaurants being wrong. The kid manning the rec. Center seemed annoyed at our presence. So yeah, just OK, I would not stay again.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed this resort for our Orlando vacation. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and the resort was near all of the locations we wanted to visit.

The room was nice. The shuttle to universal was advertised as available but the drop off and pick up times do not give many options and are too short for the time it takes to enjoy the parks.

Perfect place for our Disney vacation

Easy drive to all parks. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of amenities available. Plus a jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom. Overall it was a very comfortable condo for our vacation.

Great property

We had a great stay. The place was clean and roomy. Plenty of space for 4 adults. They did ask us to view the property for a time share but weren’t pushy at all. When we declined that was the end of it. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

We stayed for a softball tournament in Clermont. Wish we had more time to enjoy the facilities at this location. Great place to stay.

Good stay...

Overall good stay - the only issue we had was that we had a ground floor unit and the folks above us did not let us sleep pretty much each night.

Enjoyable stay

Room was very nice and comfortable. Only reason not 5 stars is they only had one of the main pools open which made it really crowded. It also doesn't have a shallow end for my 3 very young kids. The other main pool with the shallow end was closed during our stay so it was disappointing not to be able to utilize the facilities.
