Walk out from the living room area to your huge, private deck with panoramic views of the famous San Jacinto Mountains that tower over Palm Springs. This deck is furnished with table seating for 4, a cheery yellow umbrella, 2 lounge chairs and your choice of charcoal (Weber) or propane grills. Unique to this unit, there is a separate privately locked gate which allows you or your visiting guests to optionally enter directly to your patio without going through the main complex entrance. Sit on the comfortable sofa as you watch TV on the 42" Flat Screen, enjoy your book nestled into the Lazy Boy recliner with the cozy fireplace nearby, and dine, work or play board games while gathered around the glass dining table under the breeze of the modern ceiling fan.
