Welcome to our spacious 2-story pool house with a private fenced backyard, located in a safe, quiet, and desirable residential area of the beautiful city of Downey. We are happy, thankful, and look forward to hosting you!

* Large Kitchen is equipped with essential appliances: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and slow cooker, along with pots, and pans for your cooking needs

* Living Room with a Smart TV so you can conveniently sign on with your own accounts
* Dining Room
* Washer and Dryer
* Wall Heater in the Living Room

* The house is conveniently located less than a mile away from the 105 freeway. The city offers lots of places to visit (restaurants, retail centers, mall, theater, parks, churches, schools, etc).
* You'll have private access to the entire pool house.
* The pool cleaner and gardener enter the backyard for routine maintenance during your stay.
