Beautiful little cottage in a great neighborhood. Water is within walking distance. Owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property in a fantastic location. Only a 10-15min walk to the beach and a couple mins drive to all shops and restaurants. House was compact but perfect size for family of four. Only downside was the strong dog smell in the sunroom which meant we never used it.

Very cute house with everything we could need for our extended stay. Fantastic location and proximity to both beaches and town. Outdoor spaces were a great bonus, we loved spending time around the firepit and also grilled one night. Owner was very responsive and helpful, would enjoy staying here again!

Great stay for our family of four

We enjoyed our stay that this home. It is located walking distance to a quiet pond beach and short driving distance to the heights and down town Falmouth. The property was clean and well maintained with modern decor. The home owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We will look forward to staying at this little gem of a home again soon!

Perfect location

The house was very comfortable and super-clean. The host was responsive and so nice. We could walk to the Great Pond and Falmouth Heights Beach, and other beaches, restaurants and the bike trail were a 5 minute drive. We had a great time and were sad to leave.

Cape Cod Gem

A lovely two bedroom house with a fenced back yard and large front deck. Located near the beach and a great walking path along the Great Pond. Melanie was a pleasure to rent from, and very quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Cute and Cozy

We loved this adorably decorated and clean cottage! It has everything you need from, outdoor patio chairs, yard games, grilling, all kitchen needs to comfortable beds. TV's in each room was a plus. Great location, close to beaches and downtown restaurants. We can't wait for next year! TY

Beautiful Cottage Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s beautiful cottage in Falmouth! The property and home was perfect for my young family- we loved the amenities including the gas grill and great deck, the outdoor shower, and the fenced in yard with a fire pit. The beach and beautiful pond, perfect for the kids, was super close by, which made it so easy! The home is clean, well decorated and comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked! We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon!

Cape cod house

The property was perfect. Beautifully maintained and plenty of room. The outdoor shower and the fire pit were delightful! The kitchen had just about everything you could need. The owner left a list of restaurant recommendations that were all fantastic. Great place for our dog and loads of bike riding. The ferry to MV was 5 minutes away. I can't wait to come back!!

Long weekend in Falmouth

My husband, myself and our 2 year-old daughter had a wonderful time at Melanie’s cottage. Perfectly located, we walked to the beach and the great pond. We were close to downtown and got some ice cream there. We rented bikes with a trailer and biked to woods hole for the day on the shinning sea bike path. It was awesome! We just followed all of Melanie’s recommendations (which she prepared a great booklet for) and had a great time! What a gem ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed the house fully, our family of 3-4 adults depending on day had plenty of room. We found everything clean and organized. Sun porch , fire pit out back and shower outside were perfect and used during day and night. Also AC was ideal during our stay as temps outside hit 90-100 during heat wave. Owner was extremely responsive. Parking was great , firewood provided , beach wagon was super helpful making the 20 minute walk to beach a piece of cake ( more like walk back to house after beach day ) . We would gladly return , recommend crossing Maravista and going to Bay to use that beach also and walk along pathway .. really pretty views and local artist leaves painted rocks daily that are up for grabs. Can’t go wrong staying here!!!!

Beautiful home in a fantastic location!

Beautiful property - amazing amenities - wonderful in all aspects, can’t wait to go back!! Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, fantastic location, close to Falmouth, beaches but nice n quiet (in September). Responsive homeowner who was helpful with all questions.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic time! The house is perfectly located. Each morning and night we walked around the pond. The dogs went for a swim. It was incredibly relaxing. The beach is also a short walk down the street or public beaches are easy drive. Restaurants, bars and everything within 10 min of the house but most of the time we just relaxed at the house. We will be back!
